A multi-agency operation targeting online child sex predators led to 15 arrests on July 28 and 29, 2021, according to a press release from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

Members of the LVMPD’s Nevada Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, Federal Bureau of Investigation Child Exploitation Task Force, and the Southern Nevada Human Trafficking Task Force participated in the two-day operation titled Operation Dark Knight.

Utilizing undercover and investigative techniques, several suspects were taken into custody.

Another Church Farm School official faces sex abuse charges

WEST WHITELAND — Does the Church Farm School have “institutional weaknesses” that fail to provide adequate protection for its students against male sexual predators?

Does it have such lax oversight of the relationships among and contact between adult teachers and staff and young students that sexual grooming and eventual abuse is made easier to accomplish? And what has it done recently, if anything, to guard against such behavior in the future?

Those questions had been posed earlier this year in a lawsuit against the century-old school, playing out currently in federal court, concerning the sexual abuse suffered by a former student there by a teacher who lived on the campus in Exton more than a decade ago.

But they arose again this week with the announcement by the Chester County District Attorney’s Office that a onetime dorm parent at the school was facing charges of molesting a teenager there over a period of several years under the nose of school officials.

District Attorney Deb Ryan said local police had filed charges against Daniel Rowley, 70, of Ft. Meyers, Fla., for the alleged sexual abuse of a student between 2003 and 2007 when he was a houseparent and coach at Church Farm.

The abuse, authorities said in a complaint, took place on the campus at the Pew Cottage, where the alleged victim and the teacher both lived. The youth regularly would visit the teacher in his apartment, and the abuse occurred there or in the cottage’s basement boiler room.

Rowley is said to have acknowledged his abuse of the student, who is now an adult, in an interview with police. He has been was charged with 10 counts each of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and statutory sexual assault, and an additional 20 counts of indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old, and related offenses. He is being held in Florida awaiting extradition back to Chester County.

“The sexual abuse of students and children is pervasive and needs to stop now,” said Ryan in a press release announcing the arrest. “My office will root out any adult, wherever they live, who abuses or has abused children. It took many years for this victim to have the courage to reveal what had happened to him, and then more years to have the fortitude to speak with law enforcement. His bravery should be an example for other children and adults to come forward and seek help.”

West Whiteland Police Chief Lee Benson said, “Thank you to Florida Department of Law Enforcement for their assistance in apprehending the defendant. Inter-agency collaboration such as this shows child predators that no one is out of our reach.”

His arrest comes just over one year after West Whiteland police filed similar charges against the former teacher for abuse of an 8th grader at the school at a cottage apartment there over a period of months between 2008 and 2010.

Anti-lockdown protesters in Sydney have pushed back plans for a second protest to August warning supporters of a ‘media trap’ after a major police operation was rolled out on Saturday.

A major police operation involving exclusion zones, barricades and law enforcement checkpoints was set up to pre-empt a repeat of the July 24 chaos in Sydney’s CBD.

In response organisers on Telegram Messenger told followers to stand down for the time being as any protest which took place on Saturday would play into the hands of police.

They warned any engagement would be a “police trap” or a “media trap”.

At least three anti-lockdown Telegram groups were advised that no official events were planned for Saturday and urged against any type of meeting.

According to NCA NewsWire one group posted a message stating, “We strongly advise against attending any protest events that claim to be operating”.

“Any planned event lacks an established ground team and has been given insufficient promotional time and effort.

It is understood a couple of members on Telegram channels sent images of police checkpoints arterial city-bound roads to the CBD and a heavy law enforcement presence in Hyde Park.

Christian Porter’s corrupt judge Jayne Jagot has illegally suppressed a lot more evidence than the public realise. Why? And on whose orders?

Justice Jayne Jagot has aided and abetted Christian Porter in his cover-up and she has had a lot more material, 36 pages, suppressed from the court’s online file than the public know. There was no application or argument in open court to suppress the documents and the only reason given by Justice Jagot for suppressing the documents is “given they contain apparently scandalous and scurrilous material about third parties” which raises the question who said that to Justice Jagot, on what basis and when?

I know this for a fact because Justice Jagot says in her judgment that she has removed my affidavit and written submissions, that I filed in the matter for the hearing on the 9th of July, from the courts online file . Given we are in a pandemic, and Sydney is in lockdown, removal from the online file has the same effect as removing the documents from the court file permanently at least until the pandemic is over.

What makes it so scandalous is court case has dealt with suppressed evidence and applications to remove and redact documents in court file where there has been extensive argument to justify it. But when it came to my affidavit and written submissions there was no argument and/or application to have the affidavit and written submissions removed.

What does “apparently” mean in her reason where she says, “given they contain apparently scandalous and scurrilous material about third parties”? “Apparently” means she was told by someone else. Who was it? Justice Jagot’s abuse of the law is obvious because even it was true and my documents did contain “scandalous and scurrilous material about third parties” those parts could have been redacted, like numerous other documents in this matter have been when challenged, and put back in the court’s online file. And who is this “third party” and what did I say about them?

The Federal Court of Australia has set up pages on their website for public interest court cases where it publishes all the court documents and evidence etc online so the public can access it at anytime which helps build the publics confidence in an open and transparent judiciary.

At the hearing on the 9th of July Justice Jagot gave the other parties the opportunity to object to anything in my affidavit and written submissions and they didn’t so Jagot then said she would be publishing my affidavit and written submissions on the court’s online page for the matter. But Jagot has failed to do that even though she has published the written submissions by Porter, the ABC and the barrister for the other intervenors who are News Corp and Nine Entertainment’s newspapers. So what happened after the 9th of July hearing to make Justice Jagot change her mind? And given the other parties didn’t object to my affidavit and written submissions being accepted by the court and being published online who did?

Jagot was very sneaky by attacking my written submissions and evidence in her judgment and then failing to publish my written submissions and evidence on the court’s online page because they have information that Jagot wants to hide from the public and so the public can’t verify if Jagot is correct or lying in her judgment. If Jagot had confidence in the lies she said about me in her judgment she would not have had to suppress my affidavit and written submissions to conceal the truth.

Wisconsin’s Speaker, Republican Robin Vos, continues to order BS efforts that will never capture any fraud in the 2020 election that occurred in the state. Yesterday Vos released another memo announcing he is willing to do something but he still isn’t ordering a full forensic audit like was done in Arizona.

The people of Wisconsin have had enough of Vos and Senate leader Devin LeMahieu. They are now calling for rally at the state capital on August 6th starting at noon.

It’s time for the Republican leaders in Wisconsin to make a stand against election fraud and order a full forensic audit of the state’s 2020 Election results like was done in Arizona. Ordering a full forensic audit like was done in Arizona is the easiest decision these two men will ever make.
