Could not agree more. Not long after high school I became a rage-a-holic. No one was more surprised than I was. I was mystified and shocked each time I "went off". Started taking daily magnesium about 5 years ago and the rage melted away. I still get mad but now things are much more balanced and controlled. Many of the petty things that used to piss me off don't even appear on the radar anymore. I've started taking high does of trace mineral supplements as well and my mental health and well being continue to improve. I sleep like the dead now as well.

 

Our food is seriously lacking in trace element minerals. Magnesium alone helps to regulate as many as 700 bodily functions. It does take months to feel the effects and supplementation will likely need to be done for the rest of your life but is well worth it. Also cutting out processed food from your diet is essential. Some of that shit acts to strip essential minerals from our bodies.
