How nice would it be if the Arizona legislature had the same enforcement of Subpoenas as the Pennsylvania legislature.
In Arizona, they need to have a vote just to enforce subpoenas that are already legal and enforceable.
In Pennsylvania, failure to comply with a subpoena means you're going to jail and they don't need a vote.
In his subpoenas Mastriano will set the terms of production (time, manner, process) and if these counties fail to comply and produce these items (access to ballots, machines, chain of custody) Mastriano will instruct the Sergeant at Arms to arrest each and every single person.
These counties will have no choice but to comply.

CNN’s Don Lemon became the first TV host to openly call for medical apartheid on the air earlier this week.
With guest Chris Cuomo, who once got into a fight with a cyclist while breaking quarantine, Lemon made it clear that he wants two Americas; one for the vaccinated, and one for everyone else. “I’m sure a lot of people are not going to agree with this, but [if you] don’t get the vaccine, you can’t go to the supermarket. Don’t have the vaccine, can’t go to the ball game. Don’t have a vaccine, can’t go to work. You don’t have a vaccine, can’t come here. No shirt, no shoes, no service,” Lemon said, effectively calling for the exclusion of the unvaccinated from public life.
He continued “I think that’s where we should be right now because we continue to waste our breath on people who are just not going to change. You know, circular logic, they keep going back and saying, ‘Well, it’s my freedom.’ ‘It’s whatever.’ ‘I’m free.’ Well, your kid’s not free to give other kids meningitis in schools. Got to take a vaccine to do that. You got to take vaccines in order to be employed. So what is the big deal? And all these people are saying, ‘I don’t want to put this stuff in my body’ — they’re out drinking on the weekend and putting other substances in their bodies that’s way worse for them than a vaccine. So, come on. Let’s be real.” he continued.

Gov. Cuomo Begs Businesses To Return To NYC After Harsh Shutdowns
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) is pleading for citizens and businesses to return to the Big Apple after implementing harsh COVID restrictions for more than a year. During a recent virtual conference with the Association for a Better New York, Cuomo urged companies to bring employees back to working in person.
This comes as the Democrat governor said he fears the city’s economy will not recover on its own.
“Now we have to do two things at once. We have to manage this COVID increase and it’s real, but at the same time we have to have an affirmative plan to bring back New York state and New York City,” said Cuomo. “New York City is not going to come back on its own.”
Cuomo claimed short-term remote work was acceptable to prevent the virus’ spread, but suggested it’s time to return back to the office. Otherwise, local businesses and restaurants are in a position to suffer.
His remarks came after a recent study found 15 percent less people were returning to New York, primarily due to Cuomo’s strict lockdown policies which sunk the economy.
