Looks like MCBOS is pretty much fucked, that is, if they defy a subpoena and continue to trash Cyber Ninjas while there's a whistleblower with the goods, Cyber Ninjas may have a slander/libel claim tacked on. Not sure about that, but if the MCBOS knowingly lies, at the very least, election boards in other states are up shit creek if the populace demands an audit and the election boards there try the same shit as the MCBOS after the MCBOS gets caught out.
