This is called "agency" relationship! The Government formed a relationship with Social Media with others giving direction and supervision to violate 1st amendment!

That makes Social media an arm of the Government and therefore their acts of censorship are a violation of the 1st amendment.

SERVICE PROVIDERS areLIABLEwhen Twitter and other social media shuts you down!

If your service provider is AT&T, Verison, TMobile or whatever, they are violating the FCC ACT.

If you were banned from social media then you need to provide your bill for services . Provide a bill BEFORE ban and 1 for AFTER ban.

It is a criminal as well as civil violation to charge you for services you are not receiving! They cannot charge 1 person a fee and another the same fee without providing the same service. They are a public ultilty! They cannot charge you full price while you had use of Twitter and the same price when you were banned!

Twitter has been given free access to our utilities. If they charge Twitter for their ban width use and Twitter censors you, they must deduct the monetary difference.

I was mocked many times here when I said the answer to censorship was to sue you service provider.
