A newly unearthed 2019 video shows a naked Hunter Biden telling a prostitute that Russian drug dealers stole one of his laptops for blackmail.

Hunter claimed someone stole his computer and “did all this kind of like pretend search and sh*t.”

“I think he’s the one that stole my computer. I think the three of them, the three guys that were like a little, like group. The dealer and his two guys, I took them everywhere, fcking everywhere, crazy out of your mins sht.”

The hooker asked Hunter what was on his stolen laptop as the two did drugs naked in bed.

“They have videos of me doing crazy fcking sex fcking, you know.” Hunter said, adding they would use it for blackmail because his daddy Joe was going to run for president.

“My dad [inaudible] running for president,” Hunter whispered. “He is. I talk about it all the time.”

Court Says Government Cannot Enforce Transgender Mandate on Doctors

It took more than five years but a federal court has ruled that a mandate issued by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) requiring doctors to perform transgender surgery and treatment cannot be enforced, thanks to the First Amendment to the Constitution and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 (RFRA).

Along the way, the plaintiffs, including a religious hospital, a group of physicians, an association of more than 20,000 Christian doctors and dentists, and nine states had to fight through multiple attempts by the HHS bureaucracy to rewrite the mandate in such a way as to make it appear palatable to the courts yet preserve the government’s leverage against medical professionals whose faith precluded their compliance.

The plaintiffs have been represented throughout the case by the Beckett Fund for Religious Liberty, a public interest group that specializes in religious freedom litigation.

Originally, the case, Franciscan Alliance, et. al. v. Becerra, was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. The appeals went to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, which most recently directed the lower jurisdiction to re-examine its 2019 ruling for the plaintiffs to determine whether the federal government should be permanently barred from enforcing the mandate.

And boy did he! In a decision that left no room for loopholes, District Court Judge Reed O’Connor said:

“The Court GRANTS Plaintiffs’ request for a permanent injunction and PERMANENTLY ENJOINS HHS, Secretary Becerra, their divisions, bureaus, agents, officers, commissioners, employees, and anyone acting in concert or participation with them, including their successors in office, from interpreting or enforcing Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act, 42 U.S.C. § 18116(a), or any implementing regulations thereto against Plaintiffs, their current and future members, and those acting in concert or participation with them, including their respective health plans and any insurers or third-party administrators in connection with such health plans, in a manner that would require them to perform or provide insurance coverage for gender-transition procedures or abortions, including by denying Federal financial assistance because of their failure to perform or provide insurance coverage for such procedures or by otherwise pursuing, charging, or assessing any penalties, fines, assessments, investigations, or other enforcement actions.”

Note that O’Connor included “gender-transition procedures or abortions” within the purview of his order.

“Today’s ruling is a victory for compassion, conscience, and common sense. No doctor should be forced to perform controversial, medically unsupported procedures that are contrary to their conscience and could be deeply harmful to their patients,” said Luke Goodrich, vice president and senior counsel at Becket.

“These religious doctors and hospitals provide top-notch medical care to all patients for everything from cancer to the common cold. Everyone benefits when doctors are able to follow their professional medical judgment and their Hippocratic Oath to ‘Do No Harm,’” he continued.

Would that O’Connor’s latest decision could be the final word in the case because no individual doctor or health care provider such as a hospital should be forced to perform any medical procedure that violates a religious conviction or that is deemed either unnecessary or unhealthy for the patient. But the transgender mandate is especially egregious when children are involved.

This company would likely not send any letter like the following to election officials without Secretary of State Benson knowing about it. Ph.D.s actually the most hesitant to get COVID-19 vaccines compared to all other education levels, study finds

The left — particularly those who exude that distinctive "elite" air — have been growing more and more smug about their level of intelligence, sophistication, and adherence to following "the science" when it comes to getting the COVID-19 vaccine.

In short, they say, Republicans, residents of flyover country, fans for former President Donald Trump, evangelical Christians, and those with lower education levels are ruining things for the rest of America because they're the least likely to get the shots.

Well, the results of a recent study on vaccine hesitancy conducted by researchers at Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh just might toss some cold water on the left-wing elites' assumptions.

While the study hasn't been peer-reviewed, it did review survey data from over 5 million adults — and it found that when measuring vaccine hesitancy according to education level, those with Ph.D.s were the most hesitant to get the shots by the end of the survey period, which lasted from January to May.

In fact, while every other education-level group grew less hesitant over time, those with Ph.D.s never wavered in their hesitancy — and were at the top of the heap when it came to thinking twice about getting the shot by the end of the survey period.

Breaking it down further

WebMD agreed the findings in regard to Ph.D.s was an "eye-opener." The outlet broke down other findings from the study, including:

About 50% of people in all categories of hesitancy were concerned about side effects.

Those who said they would ''definitely not" get a vaccine were more likely to say they didn't trust the vaccine or didn't trust the government.

Those who said a lack of trust was a reason they haven't been vaccinated only appeared to have doubts about the COVID-19 vaccine, not those for other diseases.

Many said they were hesitant because they wanted to wait to see if it's safe" or they were waiting on full" FDA approval, beyond the emergency use authorization the FDA has given the vaccines so far.

Biden Sued for Feeding Illegal Immigrant Children 'Raw' and 'Undercooked' Food in 'Dilapidated' Facilities

Two left-wing advocacy groups that favor mass illegal immigration are suing the Biden administration, accusing it of enabling horrifying child abuse at overcrowded migrant holding centers.

In a 276-page federal filing Monday, the National Center for Youth Law and the Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law urged Attorney General Merrick Garland to compel the Department of Health and Human Services to stop abusing and mistreating children at migrant detention centers.

Two facilities in Texas — Fort Bliss and Pecos — were specifically named in the lawsuit.

The attorneys said children are being held in “dilapidated,” unsanitary facilities where they’re fed rotten or undercooked food, subjected to sexual advances and exposed to widespread coronavirus infestations.

“[O]ur legal team has witnessed disturbing conditions that put the health and welfare of these children in harm’s way, including food-related abdominal pain from undercooked and spoiled food, and children being kept in cage-like rooms for most of the day,” the filing alleged.

A 17-year-old Guatemalan girl said: “They did not cook the food well because they were cooking for so many thousands of kids at the emergency shelter … The chicken was raw, everything was raw. I ate it because I had no choice. I got sick from it.”

The lawsuit also referenced an explosive complaint filed last month by two federal whistleblowers who accused the Biden administration of ordering workers to cover up a COVID-19 outbreak among “hundreds of children” at the Fort Bliss facility.

“COVID was widespread among children and eventually spread to many employees,” the complaint alleges. “Hundreds of children contracted COVID in the overcrowded conditions. Adequate masks were not consistently provided to children, nor was their use consistently enforced.”

The whistleblowers said that instead of fixing the problem that exacerbated the infestation, “every effort was made to downplay the degree of COVID infection at the site, and the size of the outbreak was deliberately kept under wraps.”

In his sworn declaration, whistleblower Arthur Pearlstein, an attorney with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, said the Biden administration is covering up the egregious abuse of “thousands of children.”

“Gross mismanagement, waste, and abuse of authority by those at the top who insisted on utmost secrecy led to mistreatment of thousands of children at Fort Bliss,” Pearlstein wrote.

“I was actively discouraged by management at Fort Bliss from reporting my concerns,” he underscored.

The attorneys for the migrant children said the coronavirus outbreak metastasized because of the disgusting, unhygienic conditions at the overcrowded centers.

“Filth was commonplace,” the complaint alleges. “According to one contractor: ‘I’ve been into one [tent], one time, and I was like, yeah, I’m not going back there.

Pentagon: Service Members Can Request Exemptions to COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate

U.S. military service members will be allowed to seek an exemption to the soon-to-be-mandated COVID-19 vaccines, which would be determined by individual military service regulations, a Pentagon spokesperson said.

“There is a religious exemption possibility for any mandatory vaccine, and there’s a process that we go through to counsel the individual both from a medical and from a command perspective about using a religious exemption,” Pentagon press secretary John Kirby said during a press briefing on Aug. 10.

The department would make sure that every individual with reservations gets proper counseling on the COVID-19 vaccine’s safety and efficacy, Kirby said. Both a medical professional and a commander would counsel the individual about the risks of not being vaccinated and how that might affect deployability, assignments, travel, teammates, and the mission.

“We take freedom of religion and worship seriously in the military. It’s one of the things that we sign up to defend,” Kirby said. “And so it’s something that’s done very carefully.”

Service members also will be able to apply for medical exemptions, Kirby said.

“The primary care physician will be able to help make that determination,” he added.

A service member can’t request an exemption just because he or she doesn’t want to take the vaccine, Kirby said.

“You’ve got to go through a process to get that approved. Troops who have pre-existing medical conditions, or on the advice of their physician might not have to take the vaccine,” Kirby told Fox News Tuesday. “But if you’re just objecting because you’re objecting, once it’s become mandatory, that’s a lawful order, and our expectation is that you’re going to obey that order.”

“Nobody is looking for strong, punitive disciplinary measures here. Frankly, we believe that most troops will respond positively to the order, just like they do in every other mission-critical order that they’re issued. But there are tools available to commanders, short of disciplinary action, to try to get soldiers to do the right thing.”

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin announced on Aug. 9 that the Department of Defense would require all active-duty military members to get a COVID-19 vaccine.

Psaki ‘not aware of plans’ for Joe Biden to attend Hunter’s pricey art show

WASHINGTON — White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Wednesday that she’s “not aware” of any plans for President Biden and first lady Jill Biden to attend an upcoming New York gallery event with potential buyers of his son Hunter Biden’s artworks.

The first son is asking as much as $500,000 for his novice pieces, which ethics experts say are inflated prices based on his dad’s official position.

“I’m not aware of plans for them to attend,” Psaki said at her daily press briefing.

The question came from New York Times reporter Zolan Kanno-Youngs, who noted that the gallerist “tasked with ensuring the buyers of Hunter Biden’s artwork remain anonymous — he said that Hunter will be attending his opening next month and said that friends and family will be attending as well.”

Hunter Biden often is accused of profiting from his father’s official roles, including while he was vice president.

Psaki declined to comment on the president’s interactions with his son regarding the art sale in response to a follow-up question Wednesday from The Post.

“I have spoken extensively to the arrangements, which are not White House arrangements. They are arrangements between Hunter Biden’s representatives and [the gallery]. I don’t think I have anything to add in that regard,” she said.

Walter Shaub, director of the US Office of Government Ethics under President Barack Obama, has called for the sales to be canceled or for the names of buyers to be disclosed to prevent secretive influence-buying.

“Hunter Biden should cancel this art sale because he knows the prices are based on his dad’s job. Shame on POTUS if he doesn’t ask Hunter to stop. If that fails, he should ask that the names of buyers be released & pledge to notify us if any buyer ever meets with admin officials,” Shaub recently tweeted.

Richard Painter, a failed 2018 Democratic Senate candidate and the chief White House ethics lawyer under President George W. Bush, has also slammed the art sales.

“Bottom line: secrecy never works in ethics. Whether it’s secret sales of Hunter Biden’s art or the University of Pennsylvania’s secret donations from China and Saudi Arabia. Secrecy never works,” Painter recently wrote.

Psaki has repeatedly defended the sale and secrecy around buyers’ identities, saying that Hunter Biden has a “right” to an “artistic career” and that the supposed anonymity of buyers means that influence-peddling is impossible.

Indian Journalist Killed After Investigating Police Corruption

Police in India arrested on Monday a suspended police officer and his brother who are believed to have brutally stabbed to death a journalist with a screwdriver after he discovered the cop’s involvement in a gambling and tobacco smuggling ring.

The Times of India reported that the journalist, named Chennakesavulu, was murdered in the late hours of Sunday in the southeastern state of Andhra Pardesh. He was 35.

Following Chennakesavulu's recent exposé, police constable Venkata Subbaiah was suspended from duty and allegedly developed a personal grudge against the reporter.

After calling Chennakesavulu to meet him to settle their dispute, Subbaiah and his brother Nani attacked him with a screwdriver and fled the scene.

The severely bleeding reporter was dead before he reached the hospital.

The New York-based press freedom watchdog, the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ), demanded a thorough investigation into the murder.

“Indian authorities have acted swiftly in arresting the suspected killers of journalist Chennakeshavalu; now they must ensure that justice is served in his case,” said Carlos Martínez de la Serna, CPJ’s program director.

“Authorities in Andhra Pradesh should send a clear message that violence against journalists will not be tolerated,” he said.

Both Subbaiah and his brother appeared before the court on Tuesday. They’re currently sitting out 14 days of judicial custody.

The International Press Institute (IPI), another press freedom watchdog, also demanded that those involved in Chennakeshavalu’s gruesome murder be held to account.

The IPI’s Deputy Director, Scott Griffen, said that “this terrible killing underscores the threat that Indian journalists face when they expose corruption involving government officials and people in power. Impunity for crimes against journalists is extremely high in India and several cases of journalists’ murders have not been thoroughly investigated.”

For the second consecutive year, India has been ranked 142 out of 180 countries on the Reporters Without Borders’ World Press Freedom Index over the growing number of attacks on journalists and the frequency of media blackouts in conflict-ridden Kashmir.

Last year, the government charged a female Kashmir photojournalist for posting her work on Facebook and also shut down the office of the Kashmir Times, allegedly in retaliation for its critical reporting.

Reporters Without Borders called India "one of the world's most dangerous countries for journalists," and stressed that the right-wing Hindu nationalist government has ramped up pressure against reporters since 2019.

In February, the Indian government introduced a new set of rules to control social media networks, websites, streaming channels and digital news media. Many journalists fear the move could lead to additional censorship of reports critical of Modi’s government.

Map shows Jeffrey Epstein’s travels as he trafficked women across the world

Damning details about convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s flight log have been exposed by Prince Andrew’s accuser Virginia Giuffre.

Jeffrey Epstein’s horrific sex trafficking network has been laid bare in court documents as one of his victims is suing Prince Andrew after she was allegedly forced to have sex with the Duke.

Documents filed by Virginia Giuffre’s legal team include a map compiled from Epstein’s flight logs which show how the globetrotting paedo would crisscross the Atlantic.

Epstein would fly between his homes in New York, Palm Beach, the US Virgin Islands and Santa Fe aboard his private jet, which would later become known as the “Lolita Express”.

And the vile billionaire would bring Ms Giuffre, then known as Virginia Roberts, aboard – along with other young girls – so he could abuse them, and allegedly offer them up to his powerful pals.

The map – published on page seven of the 15-page docket – was created using publicly available flight logs which detail when Ms Giuffre was flying with Epstein, often when she was under the age of 18.

It shows the plane darting between the US, the Caribbean and Europe, with most travel centred around Epstein’s lavish properties.

Legal papers note that this web is believed to just be a fraction of the international trafficking Epstein subjected Ms Giuffre to.

Locations listed on the map include Epstein’s multimillion-dollar homes along with London, Paris, the Bahamas, Granada and Tangier.

Epstein’s pilot has previously separately claimed he once saw Prince Andrew on board one of the billionaire’s jets with Ms Giuffre.

The now 38-year-old filed the lawsuit against the Duke of York after she alleges she was trafficked to him in London for sex.

She also claims she was abused by Andrew, the Queen’s third child, in New York and on Epstein’s island Little St James.

Andrew fiercely denies any allegations, saying he has no memory of even meeting Roberts, and has said he had no suspicions of Epstein’s wrongdoing during their friendship.

It is the first time the Prince has been subject to litigation over the allegations.
