Just to let everyone know. I am a SW Houston phone customer of Verizon and did NOT receive the EBS. After staying on HOLD for 30 minutes, I was informed that Apple IPhones did not receive the EBS. Even though, I the owner of a paid in full iPhone 10XR had my emergency settings set to receive any and all alerts, Apple bypassed me. To correct this, at the call screen, enter:

500525371# and select call. You should receive a screen which says: Alerts Enabled.

Someone out there please alert the proper military or President Trump about this. PLEASE SHARE!
