Ask yourself the obvious question. Is it even remotely feasible that the most advanced army on the world - together with several powerful allies - have failed to arm and train the Afghan Army in the basic competencies of defending their country against a puny, very lightly-armed local militia? Of course not. So why has the national army given up so quickly and is now running away like frightened kittens?
