Taliban is not CIA. … some Talibans live in Pakistan because the tribes live on the both side of the border, but basically they are very Afghanistan based if one compares to the US supported Arab Mujaheddins (think Osama, think al Qaida) from the late 70s onward in Afghanistan. (CIA created al Qaida as an anti- communist bulwark)
