Funny, if Q was to be able to be aware, 100% situationally aware (100%situwah), which Q is… then you already know, it's being watched. What do I mean? Q didn't go anywhere. On the contrary, Q is EVERYWHERE.

How can one come to such a conclusion?

In fact, how does one come to a conclusion, regardless?
