GLENN COUNTY, Calif. - There will be another bottled water distribution event in Glenn County on Wednesday, according to the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office.
The water distribution will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Orland Fire Department at 810 Fifth St.
In order to receive the water, people must be Glenn County residents and must complete a Glenn County Well Incident report.
There is a limited amount of water at the event and there may be more scheduled.
The Sheriff’s Office has received 166 reports of well-related incidents and 115 of those are dry wells.
The areas most affected by the dry wells are in northern Glenn County along the Stoney Creek fan area which includes unincorporated areas of Orland and Capay.
