2/29/20 was way prior to the 2020 election. Why does she say at the bottom that this was AFTER Trump knew he wouldn't be in the WH????

What she's saying below on the bottom right is that "After Trump knew he would not be in the WH!" She draws arrows from the date at the top all the down to this statement. Therefore, she's saying that Trump made this agreement after he knew that he wouldn't be in the WH. That doesn't make sense. Unless what she's saying is that he did set this up to fall during a time (14 months after agreement date) that he would NOT be in the WH. Meaning he knew he would not win a second term. Meaning he knew, even considering his massive popularity, that they were planning on cheating on the 2020 election. He knew that they knew that they HAD to win. Well, yes, of course he knew that. But is she saying that? If so, then she knows what is going on!!!
