I'm suspicious of Gina Haspel. My read on her is… not good. Brennon's support alone is enough to make me wonder.

It makes sense to appoint her if Trump intends to dismantle the CIA and roll the good parts into a new agency.. Put someone in charge who you KNOW is going down hard so that when the news breaks all the focus is on one justifiably unlikable person. She can be the face of all the bad shit that's coming for the CIA.
