mentioned in part 9 of devolution

https://patelpatriot.substack.com/p/devolution-part-9

Four of the COCOMs are designated as functional, meaning they are responsible for a clearly defined specific type of operation, etc., but across all geographical and spatial lines — for example, “cyber” or “special operations.” Operating worldwide across geographic boundaries allows the functional COCOMs to provide unique capabilities to the geographic COCOMs.

agreed

TLDR don't give a fuck anymore

I'm done and my closest family and friends have not started dying yet

if and when that happens

not sure what comes next

really a strange ride

someone said to prepare mentally for the imminent tragic massive loss of life and humanity

I just don't know how to

and it gets harder every day to deal with the reality that surrounds me

someone said you create your own reality

with every observation you make

and that makes me feel like I am to blame

and the spiral

drives me deeper

to a place I have never been

and have not learned how to handle

if I just turn it all off

and walk outside

and breathe

and never come back

will all the evil I perceive

disappear

>Stage I of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet

Stage I is for minor regional crises,

https://www.af.mil/About-Us/Fact-Sheets/Display/Article/104583/civil-reserve-air-fleet/

A unique and significant part of the nation's air mobility resources is the Civil Reserve Air Fleet, or CRAF. Selected aircraft from U.S. airlines, contractually committed to CRAF, augment Department of Defense airlift requirements in emergencies when the need for airlift exceeds the capability of military aircraft.

I saw it as the other way around

CRAF activated when the US MIL does not have assets to meet the immediate needs for evacuation or mission critical transport in a crisis

why does the US MIL not have the assets and what is the need that is not being met

is this a disruption or devolution of the chain of command issue

>assets to do what?

>no

>there are not hundreds and hundreds of helicopters that can go extract people

So from a MIL strategic standpoint this was a known outcome and as such would be considered yet another act of war

elicited through the infiltration and take over of the government by a foreign enemy
