Why are we evacuating the whole country? When only the taliban is left what happens to the land?

I was still unsure about not getting the vaccine because I didn’t know of anyone who had severe side effects. I just found out a few days ago that a family friend developed chest pains after the 2nd shot, not sure which vax she got. I believe she is mid to late 40s. Her doctor told her that she shouldn’t get any more doses but it was up to her. Sounds like the heart condition that the teens are getting. I can’t find anything in the msm about adults getting it.
