So 23+ Year Retired SNCO Here. So the "Order" Memo put out by the Pentagon doesn't even have the SECDEF'S Signature Block on it. This is not even a legally binding document. This nigga is too scared to put his name on it. There is a DOD Manual which covers this, which they apparently blew off. Which is what Troops must do who don't want to take the Death Jab. It's an unenforceable order and they know it….
