This fact is rather obvious when you look at how Democrats are able to punish their political enemies with corrupt legal prosecutions, etc., while Republicans have the door slammed in their face routinely by the courts and/or don't even bother trying.
This is how you end up with Clinesmith getting a light tap on the wrist and Guiliani being disbarred. This is how you end up with Trump being impeached over Fake Russian Collusion and Fake Ukrainian Phone Calls while Biden's open corruption is a running joke that even Left-Wing newspapers acknowledge with a chuckle.
