You may have to go to the voter registration sites in several states, but you might be able to determine if ballots were sent to an old address and filled out "for" you.

So here's my dilemma. When someone is guilty of a crime their punishment should be proportional to what they did.
People who force vaccines on others are attacking them with a bioweapon, in my opinion.
If I were trying to come up with a proper penalty for vaccine terrorism I'd first of all think: Just give them the same vaccine they wanted to give us. However, I don't think we should we become the thing we hate i.e.. those who would force vaccines on another.
