Apache is software to run a web server. Chances are that you are already doing this every time you go to something like qagg.news as the majority of web servers are either apache or nginx. Are you genuinely that confused or are you sliding?
anon means that when you are done in the message box to hold shift and then press tab, as in the opposite of pressing tab, that will put the reply button in focus and you can just press space or enter, like I am about to.
