Immediately Following Rigged California Recall Election, Los Angeles Plans New Vaccine Mandates for Employees; Will require Proof of Vaccination for Outdoor Sporting Events and Bars

Is this a case of the people getting what they voted for? Or is the timing just a little too much of a coincidence?

On Wednesday, Fox News LA reported that Los Angeles County is planning on issuing new mandatory Covid measures that will require proof of vaccination for indoor bars, nightclubs, lounges, breweries and wineries.

Outdoor ‘mega-events’ – like NFL and MLB games – will also require attendees to be vaccinated or show a proof of a negative test within 72 hours of the event.

The new policy comes on the heels of a questionable outcome in the California recall election where the incumbent, Gavin Newsom, kept his position after a lack of ‘yes’ votes were tallied for him to officially face a recall.

Larry Elder and the other candidates never even got a shot.

Now Californians will have to live with the outcome. Elections have consequences – and as the election in November 2020 proved, rigged elections have catastrophic consequences.

According to LA County Public Health Director, Dr. Barbara Ferrer, the order should be issued before the end of the week and will go into effect by October 7th.

Customers are not the only ones impacted by the new policy, employees at the affected businesses will be forced to take their first dose of the experimental vaccine by October 7th, and must receive their second by November 4th.

County officials have not announced what punishments or fines the individuals and businesses will incur if employees do not adhere to the order.

The new mandates enhance the other restrictions that have been put back in place in the city. On August 20th, health officials reimposed a sweeping mask mandate that targeted large gatherings. The LA County School District also put an unscientific vaccine requirement in place for students 12 and up earlier this month.

PA State Trooper Arrested For Altering Military Orders

Harrisburg, PA ­– Pennsylvania State Trooper Jamhal Simon was arrested today for crimes related to forgery and tampering with records.

The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) filed the charges following an investigation by the Bureau of Integrity and Professional Standards, Internal Affairs Division.

Trooper Simon is accused of “altering military orders he received as a member of the Ohio Air National Guard and forging the signature of a non-commissioned officer,” state police say.

Simon faces misdemeanor charges of forgery, tampering with records or identification.

Trooper Simon enlisted in the PSP in March 2015 and graduated as a member of the 142nd cadet class. He is assigned to the patrol section of Troop D, Mercer. Trooper Simon is currently suspended without pay pending resolution of the criminal charges against him.

After Reviewing Netflix Show, Parents Group Demands Child Pornography Investigation

Though Netflix’s animated series, “Big Mouth,” bills itself as TV-MA and is ostensibly intended for adults, it features 12- and 13-year-old characters engaging in sex acts and includes animated nudity and graphic dialogue, according to a parents group demanding Netflix be investigated over the show.

One scene, for example, shows a 13-year-old boy who doesn’t want to be left at camp yelling, “I’ll suck your d**k,” to his departing father. Another shows a group of middle school boys fully nude in a shower, waving their penises. Still another scene shows two boys discussing mutual masturbation, sharing tips on how to masturbate, and fondling themselves in front of one another.A new report from the Parents Television and Media Council (PTC) argues that, despite being a cartoon, “Big Mouth’s” sexually explicit content is meant to depict minors and therefore qualifies as child pornography. The group is calling on law enforcement to investigate the distributor, Netflix.

For the report, released Wednesday, the PTC reviewed ten episodes of “Big Mouth.” Among the explicit content it found:

A child is held down and has a penis forced into his mouth.

A minor exposes his scrotum.

Minors are shown in a shower with erect penises.

A child urinates on another child in a shower.

A male minor character penetrates a female minor character with his fingers.

A character suggests having sex with his own excrement and eating it.While much of this material is expressed through dialogue, some scenes do depict sex acts and show nudity. In total, the PTC reports, these ten episodes included 17 instances of animated nudity, primarily depicting the genitals of middle-school boys and girls.

Tim Winter, President of the PTC tells The Daily Wire that it would be very tough to argue that this material does not meet the threshold for child pornography.

“I relish the chance to go into a courtroom, with Netflix as a defendant and the creators of this program for producing and distributing it as co-defendants,” he says. He adds that the PTC wants to make sure that law enforcement — including federal, state, and local jurisdictions —evaluate the content for themselves to see if laws have been broken.

“We’re not just talking about the ‘I know it when I see it’ [Supreme Court] Justice Stewart Potter definition of pornography. Although I think Potter Stewart would agree that he would look at this and know it.” Winters says. “But when you look at most contemporary definitions of what pornography is — sexually-oriented material that is intended to pander and titillate — I think [Big Mouth] reaches that. The fact that it is children engaged in the pornographic content, I think renders it child pornography.”

Winter acknowledges that some may find this series less controversial than the French film, “Cuties.” which embroiled the streaming network in a child exploitation scandal last year. In that case, the live-action movie featured 11- and 12-year-old girls twerking and performing sexually suggestive dance moves. After news of the film broke, a boycott campaign began that ultimately resulted in the streaming giant seeing an 800% increase in subscription cancellations.

But Winter argues this occasion shouldn’t be any different.

Calif. parents want answers over school board member’s ‘disturbing’ s*xual tweet about teen boy

Some parents in Chula Vista, Calif., want answers from local school board member Kate Bishop regarding vile messages posted some years ago on Twitter that went viral recently after a father who was concerned about the messages posted them to his social media account.

“I’m pretty sure I hit my sexual peak today. Somebody bring me an 18-year-old boy, STAT!” Bishop wrote in 2012, adding the hashtag “#hormones.”

A second post in 2o11 said, “Off to the park to see what hot 3-year-olds my kid can hit on,” that came with the hashtag “#ValentinesDay.”

The school district’s interim superintendent has put some distance between those tweets and the school district, while Bishop herself has acknowledged the posts were “past mistakes” and attempts at humor.

But that hasn’t completely mollified some parents including Katie Davidson-Brock, a native of the city and a mother of three, one of whom attends Chula Vista Elementary School.

In an interview with Fox News on Tuesday, she said she believes “that someone with this type of character is unfit to serve” on the school board.

Other parents of kids who attend the school district were equally alarmed, including Matt and Kimberly Dickson, parents of two who called on Bishop to step down over her “jaw-dropping” tweets while wondering why administrators downplayed or ignored the posts.

A father, Joe Thomas, shared the two old tweets along with several others Bishop posted on his Facebook page last week.

“Her comments are appalling, disturbing and unprofessional for any educator in the public school system,” he wrote, adding that he contacted the school superintendent’s office last week on Thursday. The following day, Bishop made her Twitter account private.

Thomas posted a screengrab of a response he received from the school district which indicated that no action had been taken against the offending board member.

“Ms. Bishop received the Let’s Talk Dialogue on Friday. I am not aware if there was any further action taken regarding this dialogue,” wrote Nancy Teahan, assistant to the superintendent and school board, the screengrab said.

Senators demand Blinken designate Taliban as a terrorist organization

The Biden administration’s attempts to pretend the Taliban are partners for peace might run into some rocky waters in the U.S. Senate.

In the wake of the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, Secretary of State Antony Blinken has faced a withering crossfire on Capitol Hill. Members of the House Foreign Affairs Committee on Monday grilled Blinken relentlessly, at one point Representative Brian Mast (R-FL) losing patience and forcefully telling him that Americans “don’t need to hear lies” about the highly controversial pullout last month, in which the administration has been accused of cover ups and making excuses for the debacle.

It hasn’t stopped there, and now a group of senators are demanding that the State Department take a more forceful stance on the Taliban and declare it to be a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO). The group of senators are led by Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA), who authored a letter to Blinken regarding the Taliban, co-signed by Senators Rick Scott (R-FL), Dan Sullivan (R-AK), and Tommy Tuberville (R-AL).

“Since reestablishing control of Afghanistan, the Taliban resumed the same murderous and oppressive habits that characterized their leadership tenure prior to the arrival of U.S. forces in 2001. Even as the administration concluded the withdrawal of U.S. and allied forces from Afghanistan, we saw public attacks on individuals, beatings of women and girls, and search teams actively pursuing allies and partners,” wrote the senators in the letter.

The letter also mentions the contentious subject of Americans left behind in Afghanistan, and emphasizes that the most troubling element of the Taliban takeover “is that among those beaten and chased by Taliban forces were American citizens and their families still living in Afghanistan.”

The mainstream media is now helping Big Pharma justify the production and rollout of Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines, which have proven to be failures and an enormous waste of money.

A recent article published by The Atlantic says that expecting vaccines to give you immunity from COVID-19 is “asking the impossible.”

“COVID-19 vaccines were never going to give us sterilizing immunity; it’s possible they never will. But the reason isn’t just their design, or the wily nature of the virus, or heavy and frequent exposures, though those factors all play a role. It’s that sterilizing immunity itself might be a biological myth,” the article says.

Sterilizing immunity has often been framed as a “holy grail.” It is what researchers aim for when they’re designing their vaccines, says David Martinez, a vaccinologist at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

The article describes sterilizing immunity as something like this: A pathogen attempts to infiltrate a body; antibodies, lurking in the vicinity thanks to vaccination or a previous infection, instantly zap it out of existence, so speedily that the microbe can’t even reproduce. No symptoms manifest, and most of the body’s immune cells never get involved.

“It is almost impossible to prove,” says Mark Slifka, an immunologist and vaccine expert at Oregon Health & Science University. To show sterilizing immunity, researchers have to demonstrate that an infection never occurred.

The article notes that “as detection tools improve, each data point further erodes the mythos of sterilization.” Finally, the article drives home what it’s trying to point out: “Say that sterilizing immunity is impossible, that our immune systems cannot, in fact, be trained to achieve perfection. Then it’s neither a surprise nor a shortcoming that COVID-19 vaccines, or other vaccines, don’t manage it.”

But instead of stopping vaccination drives, Big Pharma companies continue to push for the rollout of booster doses while governments start to announce vaccine mandates. Just recently, President Joe Biden orders sweeping new federal vaccine requirements for private-sector employees, healthcare workers and federal contractors.

Biden criticizes the tens of millions of Americans who are not yet vaccinated, despite months of availability and incentives. “We’ve been patient. But our patience is wearing thin, and your refusal has cost all of us,” he says.

Republican leaders and some union chiefs say that Biden is going too far in trying to muscle private companies and workers, a certain sign of legal challenges to come.

Special Government Employees (SGEs)

Some ethics provisions that apply to executive branch employees apply differently to an employee who qualifies as a “special Government employee” (SGE), or do not apply at all.

Congress created the SGE category in 1962 when it revised the criminal conflict of interest statutes. Congress recognized the need to apply appropriate conflict of interest restrictions to experts, consultants, and other advisers who serve the Government on a temporary basis. On the other hand, Congress also determined that the Government cannot obtain the expertise it needs if it requires experts to forego their private professional lives as a condition of temporary service. Since 1962, the SGE category has been used in a number of statutes and regulations as a means of tailoring the applicability of some restrictions.

As defined in 18 U.S.C. § 202, an SGE is an officer or employee who is retained, designated, appointed, or employed to perform temporary duties, with or without compensation, for not more than 130 days during any period of 365 consecutive days. The SGE category should be distinguished from other categories of individuals who serve executive branch agencies but who are not employees, such as independent contractors (who are generally not covered by the ethics laws and regulations at all). Also, although many SGEs serve as advisory committee members, not all members of advisory committees are SGEs.
