After hearing about how good the workouts were and seeing my wife’s results, I joined in 2017 for a couple of months in hope of getting in shape before a surgery. However, I didn’t start coming regularly until January 2019.

Favorite workout?

I currently attend the Boot Camp classes and have enjoyed every one of them. Granted, if you asked me how I liked it right after the workout I may have given a different answer out of exhaustion. That said, I do love the challenge and high pace of each class. It is always a great workout and the coaches do an awesome job of mixing things up.

Is this a case of the people getting what they voted for? Or is the timing just a little too much of a coincidence?

On Wednesday, Fox News LA reported that Los Angeles County is planning on issuing new mandatory Covid measures that will require proof of vaccination for indoor bars, nightclubs, lounges, breweries and wineries.

Outdoor ‘mega-events’ – like NFL and MLB games – will also require attendees to be vaccinated or show a proof of a negative test within 72 hours of the event.

The new policy comes on the heels of a questionable outcome in the California recall election where the incumbent, Gavin Newsom, kept his position after a lack of ‘yes’ votes were tallied for him to officially face a recall.

Larry Elder and the other candidates never even got a shot.

Now Californians will have to live with the outcome. Elections have consequences – and as the election in November 2020 proved, rigged elections have catastrophic consequences.

According to LA County Public Health Director, Dr. Barbara Ferrer, the order should be issued before the end of the week and will go into effect by October 7th.

Customers are not the only ones impacted by the new policy, employees at the affected businesses will be forced to take their first dose of the experimental vaccine by October 7th, and must receive their second by November 4th.

County officials have not announced what punishments or fines the individuals and businesses will incur if employees do not adhere to the order.

The new mandates enhance the other restrictions that have been put back in place in the city. On August 20th, health officials reimposed a sweeping mask mandate that targeted large gatherings. The LA County School District also put an unscientific vaccine requirement in place for students 12 and up earlier this month.

PA State Trooper Arrested For Altering Military Orders

Harrisburg, PA – Pennsylvania State Trooper Jamhal Simon was arrested today for crimes related to forgery and tampering with records.

The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) filed the charges following an investigation by the Bureau of Integrity and Professional Standards, Internal Affairs Division.

Trooper Simon is accused of “altering military orders he received as a member of the Ohio Air National Guard and forging the signature of a non-commissioned officer,” state police say.

Simon faces misdemeanor charges of forgery, tampering with records or identification.

A New York college professor sparked a decades-old art mystery — just by going to church.

Tom Ruggio said he found a 17th-century painting long thought to be missing by looking up as he sat in the back of Holy Family Roman Catholic Church in New Rochelle.

“One day the lights were on a little brighter and I saw that painting and I was shocked,” the art-history professor told News 12 Westchester. “I immediately knew it was 17th Century Italian.”

He now says he and other experts determined that the Baroque oil painting was by Italian artist Cesare Dandini, depicting babies Jesus and St. John the Baptist with Jesus’ parents Mary and Joseph.

Art historians had considered the allegedly centuries-old work missing — as it unwittingly sat on the wall of the local church since the 1960s, reports said.

“This painting was thought to be lost for decades, so it was hiding in plain sight essentially in New Rochelle,” Ruggio told WABC 7.

The church is lending the painting out to Iona College for a three-month display in its library, but no one seems to be entirely sure how Holy Family got its hands on the Dandini.

Monsignor Dennis Keane said a former head of the church bought the painting in a London gallery in the 1960s.

“He purchased two of these paintings in a gallery, but we don’t know the name of the gallery,” Keane told WABC.

It also isn’t entirely clear what the painting would fetch in terms of a price tag if it were put up for sale.

Though Netflix’s animated series, “Big Mouth,” bills itself as TV-MA and is ostensibly intended for adults, it features 12- and 13-year-old characters engaging in sex acts and includes animated nudity and graphic dialogue, according to a parents group demanding Netflix be investigated over the show.

One scene, for example, shows a 13-year-old boy who doesn’t want to be left at camp yelling, “I’ll suck your d**k,” to his departing father. Another shows a group of middle school boys fully nude in a shower, waving their penises. Still another scene shows two boys discussing mutual masturbation, sharing tips on how to masturbate, and fondling themselves in front of one another.A new report from the Parents Television and Media Council (PTC) argues that, despite being a cartoon, “Big Mouth’s” sexually explicit content is meant to depict minors and therefore qualifies as child pornography. The group is calling on law enforcement to investigate the distributor, Netflix.

For the report, released Wednesday, the PTC reviewed ten episodes of “Big Mouth.” Among the explicit content it found:

A child is held down and has a penis forced into his mouth.

A minor exposes his scrotum.

Minors are shown in a shower with erect penises.

A child urinates on another child in a shower.

A male minor character penetrates a female minor character with his fingers.

A character suggests having sex with his own excrement and eating it.While much of this material is expressed through dialogue, some scenes do depict sex acts and show nudity. In total, the PTC reports, these ten episodes included 17 instances of animated nudity, primarily depicting the genitals of middle-school boys and girls.

Tim Winter, President of the PTC tells The Daily Wire that it would be very tough to argue that this material does not meet the threshold for child pornography.

“I relish the chance to go into a courtroom, with Netflix as a defendant and the creators of this program for producing and distributing it as co-defendants,” he says. He adds that the PTC wants to make sure that law enforcement — including federal, state, and local jurisdictions —evaluate the content for themselves to see if laws have been broken.

“We’re not just talking about the ‘I know it when I see it’ [Supreme Court] Justice Stewart Potter definition of pornography. Although I think Potter Stewart would agree that he would look at this and know it.” Winters says. “But when you look at most contemporary definitions of what pornography is — sexually-oriented material that is intended to pander and titillate — I think [Big Mouth] reaches that. The fact that it is children engaged in the pornographic content, I think renders it child pornography.”

Winter acknowledges that some may find this series less controversial than the French film, “Cuties.” which embroiled the streaming network in a child exploitation scandal last year. In that case, the live-action movie featured 11- and 12-year-old girls twerking and performing sexually suggestive dance moves. After news of the film broke, a boycott campaign began that ultimately resulted in the streaming giant seeing an 800% increase in subscription cancellations.

But Winter argues this occasion shouldn’t be any different.

A painting that had been lost to art historians for decades was recently discovered at a church in Westchester County.

Workers carefully hung a valuable 17th century oil on canvas masterpiece in the Ryan Library at Iona College on Monday.

But how it got there - and the man who found it - is the real story.

"I knew immediately that a quest had begun," said Tom Ruggio.

Ruggio teaches art history at Iona. During a visit last year to a the nearby Church of the Holy Family, located only a few blocks away from campus, he saw the painting and was stunned.

"And I realized immediately it was an Italian Baroque painting," Ruggio said. "And I sort of did a double take, why is it here? I immediately got up and started to take to some bad pictures with my cellphone."

Ruggio sent those pictures to art history colleagues in Italy and Manhattan.

They connected the 46x57 inch artwork as one in a series of paintings by Cesare Dandini.

They date back to the 1630s. This particular painting is called "Holy Family with the Infant St. John."

"Central figures are the Virgin Mary and the Christ child," Ruggio said. "We've got Joseph and we have the infant St. John. Saint John the Baptist."

For years art historians thought the painting was missing. But for the last six decades it was in New Rochelle at the Holy Family Church.

How it got there is a story in and of itself.

"The former pastor Monsignor Fitzgerald went over to I believe London and was going through different galleries because he wanted to get paintings for over the door here and on the other side of the church," said Monsignor Dennis Keane with Church of the Holy Family. "He purchased two of these paintings in a gallery, but we don't know the name of the gallery."

The monsignor and his parish council agreed to loan the masterpiece to the college library where it will hang for the next three months.

Some parents in Chula Vista, Calif., want answers from local school board member Kate Bishop regarding vile messages posted some years ago on Twitter that went viral recently after a father who was concerned about the messages posted them to his social media account.

The school district’s interim superintendent has put some distance between those tweets and the school district, while Bishop herself has acknowledged the posts were “past mistakes” and attempts at humor.

In an interview with Fox News on Tuesday, she said she believes “that someone with this type of character is unfit to serve” on the school board.

Other parents of kids who attend the school district were equally alarmed, including Matt and Kimberly Dickson, parents of two who called on Bishop to step down over her “jaw-dropping” tweets while wondering why administrators downplayed or ignored the posts.

A father, Joe Thomas, shared the two old tweets along with several others Bishop posted on his Facebook page last week.

“Her comments are appalling, disturbing and unprofessional for any educator in the public school system,” he wrote, adding that he contacted the school superintendent’s office last week on Thursday. The following day, Bishop made her Twitter account private.

Thomas posted a screengrab of a response he received from the school district which indicated that no action had been taken against the offending board member.

“Ms. Bishop received the Let’s Talk Dialogue on Friday. I am not aware if there was any further action taken regarding this dialogue,” wrote Nancy Teahan, assistant to the superintendent and school board, the screengrab said.

The Grace Hopper cable was landed in Bude, Cornwall, on the UK's western coast on Tuesday. A Google spokesperson told Insider that the landing was originally scheduled for July. Another end of the cable landed in Bilbao, Spain, earlier in September.

Google first announced its Grace Hopper cable project, which now spans more than 3,900 miles across the Atlantic, in July 2020.

Google said at that time that the cable was set to transport between 340 and 350 terabytes of data per second, or roughly equivalent to 17.5 million people simultaneously streaming

4K video.

The company also said the cable would use a new technique called "fibre switching," which should make web traffic more reliable even with outages.

A Google spokesperson said the cable is due to come online in 2022.

Grace Hopper isn't the only Google cable linking the US with Europe. In February, the company announced that its "Dunant" cable connecting the US with France was ready for service.

Google is invested in undersea cable projects around the world. The company said in August it had partnered with Facebook to build a new cable called "Apricot," which is planned to link six countries in Asia using 7,456 miles of cable.

Apricot is due to come online in 2024.

In June, Google announced plans to lay a new cable called "Firmina" running from the US West Coast down to Argentina. The company already has a cable called "Curie," which connects the US West Coast with Panama and Chile. Curie came online in 2019.

Even as the administration concluded the withdrawal of U.S. and allied forces from Afghanistan, we saw public attacks on individuals, beatings of women and girls, and search teams actively pursuing allies and partners,” wrote the senators in the letter.

The letter also mentions the contentious subject of Americans left behind in Afghanistan, and emphasizes that the most troubling element of the Taliban takeover “is that among those beaten and chased by Taliban forces were American citizens and their families still living in Afghanistan.”

The mainstream media is now helping Big Pharma justify the production and rollout of Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines, which have proven to be failures and an enormous waste of money.

A recent article published by The Atlantic says that expecting vaccines to give you immunity from COVID-19 is “asking the impossible.”

“COVID-19 vaccines were never going to give us sterilizing immunity; it’s possible they never will. It’s that sterilizing immunity itself might be a biological myth,” the article says.

Sterilizing immunity has often been framed as a “holy grail.” It is what researchers aim for when they’re designing their vaccines, says David Martinez, a vaccinologist at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

The article describes sterilizing immunity as something like this: A pathogen attempts to infiltrate a body; antibodies, lurking in the vicinity thanks to vaccination or a previous infection, instantly zap it out of existence, so speedily that the microbe can’t even reproduce. No symptoms manifest, and most of the body’s immune cells never get involved.

“It is almost impossible to prove,” says Mark Slifka, an immunologist and vaccine expert at Oregon Health & Science University. To show sterilizing immunity, researchers have to demonstrate that an infection never occurred.

The article notes that “as detection tools improve, each data point further erodes the mythos of sterilization.” Finally, the article drives home what it’s trying to point out: “Say that sterilizing immunity is impossible, that our immune systems cannot, in fact, be trained to achieve perfection. Then it’s neither a surprise nor a shortcoming that COVID-19 vaccines, or other vaccines, don’t manage it.”

But one who survived, and has even thrived over the past four years, is Peter Aven, president of Alfa, the country's largest privately-owned bank.

'We emerged strong out of the crisis four years ago,' Aven said recently in Moscow. 'We were the most conservatively-run bank, had good crisis management - and we had no foreign exposure.

'When other banks were closed all day because they feared mass withdrawals by depositors, we opened for two hours extra each day because we only had a small share of the market.

Although he has done well out of the Putin years, he is not uncritical of government policy.

'We have a unique situation in Russia. The President is very popular, and because of the high oil revenue he does not need to reform the budget and business. But the high level of government expenditure has to fall.

'The economy is still illiberal, and the state has too much influence. There are twice as many state bureaucrats as there were in Soviet times.'

Oddly - but like many Russian businessmen - Aven has a strong admiration for Margaret Thatcher. 'We need somebody like her to push through economic liberalisation,' he said.

Coronavirus Origins: Covid-19 Wasn’t Produced In A Lab, Scientists Conclude

Author: “The virus is the product of natural evolution, ending any speculation about deliberate genetic engineering.”

JUPITER, Fla. — Over the course of this Covid-19 ordeal, a number of outlandish conspiracy theories have emerged that the virus was produced in a Chinese, Canadian, or American lab. Conspiracy theories have become an increasingly common part of everyday life in recent years, but a new study on Covid-19’s origins is disproving this theory. A team of international researchers have concluded that the novel coronavirus has entirely natural origins through evolution.

Public genome sequence data on Covid-19, as well as similar viruses, was extensively analyzed for this study. The results show absolutely no indication that the virus was produced artificially or in a lab setting.

“By comparing the available genome sequence data for known coronavirus strains, we can firmly determine that SARS-CoV-2 originated through natural processes,” comments co-author Kristian Andersen, PhD, an associate professor of immunology and microbiology at Scripps Research, in a release.

Researchers from Columbia University, the University of Edinburgh, and the University of Sydney also worked on this project.

Coronaviruses in general are nothing new. The two most recent examples of a new coronavirus popping up are the SARS outbreak in Asia around 2003 and MERS in the Middle East in 2012. This new strain, largely being referred to as Covid-19, was only brought to the WHO’s attention on New Year’s Eve 2019.

Chinese scientists were the first to sequence the new virus’ genome, and immediately made their findings available to scientists all over the world. Incredibly, this data indeed indicates that Covid-19 has spread to hundreds of thousands after initially being “introduced” to just one person.

It was this genetic template that allowed the study’s authors to investigate the virus’ origins. They discovered that Covid-19’s receptor-binding domain (RBD), a kind of “grappling hook” that attaches itself to host cells, had evolved to target a specific molecular feature of human cells. That feature is called ACE2, and it is a receptor involved in maintaining regular blood pressure. The research team believe this development was the work of natural selection, not some type of genetic engineering.

Why? The virus appears to be so efficient at its newly evolved skill, that it is essentially impossible that modern science could have created such a monstrosity.

Additionally, if some nefarious entity were really attempting to create a deadly virus, they would have based it off of a known illness-causing virus. Researchers say that Covid-19’s molecular structure is quite different from previous coronaviruses, and more closely mimics viruses found in bats and pangolins.

“These two features of the virus, the mutations in the RBD portion of the spike protein and its distinct backbone, rules out laboratory manipulation as a potential origin for SARS-CoV-2” Andersen says.

“It is crucially important to bring an evidence-based view to the rumors that have been circulating about the origins of the virus (SARS-CoV-2) causing COVID-19,” adds Josie Golding, PhD, epidemics lead at UK-based Wellcome Trust. “They conclude that the virus is the product of natural evolution, ending any speculation about deliberate genetic engineering.”

So, what are Covid-19’s true origins? The study’s authors have two main theories. The first is that the virus evolved pathogenically through natural selection within a non-human host and then made the jump to people. If this was the case, it’s likely that the virus evolved within bats, made the jump to an intermediary host, and then was passed onto a human.

The second theory is that the virus was largely non-pathogenic before making the transition to humans, and only evolved into it’s current deadly form within the human population.

At this point, researchers believe it’s nearly impossible to determine which of the two scenarios occurred. That being said, we should all hope for scenario two. If the novel coronavirus did in fact transfer over to humans already in its fully evolved pathogenic form, that would raise the chances of further outbreaks in the future.

There are a great many things coming from Biden, Fauci, the CDC, the State Department, the military, the Justice Department, and basically the Deep State that make no sense. From Biden and the Deep State, we are getting executive orders, mandates, guidelines, decisions, policies, and edicts that just do not make any sort of intellectual sense. It is not just a difference of opinion. It is not just different politics or a different point of view. Decisions, guidelines, policies, and proposed laws are coming out of Washington D.C., Biden, and the Deep State that one just can't figure out in an intellectual, factual, common-sense sort of way. The only way to explain what is coming from the placeholder at the White House and the Deep State elites is that they are just evil. They are doing what they’re doing because they are evil. No other answer makes sense.

Why would Biden declare a federal vaccine mandate for every American even though two previous Supreme Court decisions says his federal vaccine mandate is unconstitutional…? Because he is evil.

Why would Biden declare that all Americans must be vaccinated but illegal immigrants crossing our border illegally do not have to be vaccinated…? Because he is evil.

Why would the Biden administration demand that all Americans be vaccinated, regardless of whether they have already acquired natural immunity since they have already had COVID…? Because they are evil.

Why would the Biden administration declare a national vaccine mandate for all Americans, but exempt all of Congress, all the congressional aides, the postal service, the federal justice system, and the Supreme Court…? Because they are evil.

Why would Biden and the militarily happily leave $85 billion worth of military weapon armaments to the terrorist Taliban, but at the same time try to disarm peaceful law-abiding American citizens of their 2A rights…? Because they are evil.

It is not just a difference of opinion, not just a different worldview. It is not just a political power play. It is not simply Democrats vs. Republicans nor conservatives vs. socialists. It is not just the rotten fruit of a fraudulent presidential election. These people are not dumb, not stupid, nor illiterate; that's not it. They know exactly what they are doing. The only thing that can explain these unexplainable decisions is…? evil. The answer of evil makes the only sense, nothing else does. I do wish there was a different answer. But there's not.

It's hard to understand. Here I am diving in tropical waters, and yes, the water temp. drops a lot beginning at 15 feed. (at 110 feet depth the temp is much lower). When I got certified I had to get a wet suit. I bough a short sleeved and short legged suit. Everybody else as full body suits. Even with that, on my first dive in the Keys, after a few minutes I was overheated, I had to unzip my suit down to the bottom. Did the same thing the second day. Never wore the wet suit again. Never noticed the temp. changes.

Multitasking is all I do. I just feel like the amount of pushing is distracting to other people that may have been on the trail of something or simply switched focus.

All my family members, friends, and coworkers have been vaxxed, I told them all just research about it themselves and gave them links of things for to read. I did not tell them not to get it, or to get it. They’ve been vaxxed since March. Hell, I have a couple friends that have even taken the booster shot. None of them that I know of have had a single issue. I mean, if people want to take it, let them take it, there is plenty of stuff being shared around on the mainstream fakebook to make people aware to do their own research about it. Seems like as of late it’s just muddied the water. People have severe reactions to other vaxes too and in either case 9 times out of 10 do not get reported as such in one of the 11 or so systems. I have a close friend that has had hospital visits due to the yearly flu vax allergic reaction.

I guess I just don’t get the extreme pushback on it, I mean, it’s 10x worse than if one was republican or Democrat. They are using this as another way to divide us, and it’s working.

Chinese State-Run Media Chief Predicts Another ‘Deadly Attack’ On America.

The editor-in-chief of the Chinese state-run media outlet Global Times appeared to predict another “deadly” terrorist attack on the United States.

Hu Xijin – who heads the state-run newspaper – made the prediction in a tweet on the 20th anniversary of September 11th.

“The September 11 attacks was suicide attacks by 19 terrorists, but it was not the “suicide attack” of the terrorism. Terrorism will accumulate power to launch the next deadly attack. Time will prove that it is a mistake for the US to regard China as its biggest adversary,” he wrote.

In an op-ed for Global Times, Hu encouraged Americans to “wake up” and accept the Chinese Communist Party’s rise:

The lessons the US elites are taking from 9/11 are also misplaced — that the war on terror consumed US resources and attention and presented an opportunity for China’s rise. To this day, they still do not fully understand. They arrogantly believe that the rise of China was unleashed by their absentmindedness.
