Biden Admin Bans Drones Over Del Rio Migrant Camp After Fox News Videos Show Thousands in Outdoor Detention Camp

The Biden administration issued an emergency order Thursday evening banning drones from flying over the Del Rio, Texas open air border detention camp after videos from a Fox News drone informed the nation of the massive influx of mostly Haitian migrants whose arrival over the past few days has overwhelmed Border Patrol and the small Texas city. Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX) said earlier Del Rio was being “completely overrun” with migrants. There are reports a caravan of 20,000 migrants is headed to Del Rio. Over 10,000 are reported in the camp as of Thursday evening.

The Fox News drone images are shocking.

Fox reporter Bill Melugin posted several images, including the one above with the caption, “BREAKING: Our drone is back over the international bridge in Del Rio, TX. Per source, the number of migrants waiting to be processed has now swelled to approx 8,200. It was 4,000 yesterday AM. Doubled in one day. BP overwhelmed, & I’m told situation is “out of control”

And Melugin on Wednesday, “BREAKING: Our drone is currently over the international bridge in Del Rio, TX, where Border Patrol & law enforcement sources tell us over 4,200 migrants are waiting to be apprehended after crossing into US. Local BP holding facilities are overwhelmed and over capacity.”

Facebook Aided In Recruitment Of Modern Day Slaves, Cartel Hitmen Internal Documents Show

It seems like the WSJ's entire San Francisco bureau has been preoccupied lately with churning out a series of stories sourced from "leaked" internal Facebook documents exposing embarrassing internal reports on everything from Instagram's deleterious impact on the mental health of its twentysomething and teenage users to political divisiveness to - today's entry - how Facebook's products are abused to facilitated human trafficking and terror recruitment in parts of the emerging world.

The gist of the piece is this: Facebook has a small staff dedicated to combating human trafficking around the world, particularly in countries where the rule of law isn't as robust as it is in the US and Europe. In the Middle East, Facebook is used to lure women into sex slavery (or some other form of exploitative labor).

In Ethiopia, armed groups use the site to recruit and to incite violence against other ethnic minorities.

Facebook's monitors have also sent reports to their bosses on everything from human organ trafficking, pornography and child pornography, and government's cracking down on political dissent.

Federal Reserve Chair orders ethics review of central bank

Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell directed staff to the central bank's ethics rules following recent reports that two of the system's regional bank presidents had been active investors during 2020

Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell ordered staff to review ethics guidelines governing the financial dealings by top central bank officials.

News of Powell’s inquiry broke after Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., sent 12 letters to the Fed’s regional banks demanding stricter ethics guidelines be implemented by the Fed’s top officials.

The Massachusetts Democrat called on each president to ban the ownership and trading of personal stocks by top officials at each regional bank office.

Powell requested the ethics review late last week, a spokesperson said in a statement, following reports that two regional presidents actively invested during 2020.

A Fed spokesperson told CNBC that Powell ordered the review “because the trust of the American people is essential for the Federal Reserve to effectively carry out our important mission.”

According to documents released last week, Fed Presidents Robert Kaplan and Eric Rosengren both bought or sold private stocks in excess of $1 million dollars. Other Fed presidents reported little to no trading activity.

Amid the public backlash and scrutiny from Congress, both Kaplan and Rosengren said they would sell any individual stock holdings by the end of the month.

Current Fed regulations forbid the trading of individual stocks by senior officials around the time of policy meetings due to the sharing of information that could have significant influence on the nation’s economy.

Powell emphasized that although it is not illegal for regional presidents to buy or sell stocks, the Fed’s internal rules require officials to avoid even the appearance of conflict or of using their position for personal gain.

It is not yet clear how long the ethics review will take.

Trump Called Out Jared Kushner For Being ‘More Loyal To Israel Than The United States’ – REPORT

"You know, Jared's more loyal to Israel than to the United States"

According to a new book released by the Watergate reporters, former president Donald Trump pointed out that his son-in-law and former top advisor Jared Kushner acted in a way that led Trump to believe that Kushner was “more loyal to Israel than the United States.”

“You know, Jared’s more loyal to Israel than to the United States,” Trump reportedly joked according to the new book, “Peril.” The already-strained relationship between Trump and Kushner deteriorated rapidly following the 2020 presidential election.

National File reported in July of 2020 on reports of sources inside the White House stating that Trump wants “no more of Jared’s woke sh*t,” after several weeks of abysmal polling for the administration that indicated an uphill battle in the 2020 election, and no net increase in black voters. Trump reportedly realized that going along with Kushner’s “police reform” and “criminal justice reform” initiatives had hurt him politically.

Additionally, in June 2021 another book quoted Trump as saying “I’ve done all this stuff for the blacks – it’s always Jared telling me to do this. And they all f**king hate me, and none of them are going to vote for me.” Kushner’s push to appease violent Black Lives Matter rioters in the wake of the George Floyd death in Minnesota, coupled with his bungling of Trump’s 2020 re-election campaign, reportedly led Trump to avoid Kushner and complain about him in private during the summer of 2020.

Kushner also reportedly played a key role in keeping Trump from joining the free speech social media platform Gab, because the website did not meet the son-in-law’s demands to censor speech critical of Israel:

Gab CEO and founder Andrew Torba explained that President Trump is being blocked from joining the vibrant platform by his advisors. [President Trump] is and always has been a mirror archive of POTUS’ tweets and statements that we’ve run for years,” wrote Torba. “We’ve always been transparent about this and would obviously let people know if the President starts using it.”

Elaborating on why President Trump is not using Gab, Torba added, “The only reason he’s not using it right now to contact his base is because dopey advisers like Jared Kushner, who lost him the election, are blocking him from using it.”
