Although this is the widely waved off RRN it's worth reading. There's a lot of truth here.

Woodward has now written three hit pieces on Trump: Fear (2018); Rage (2020); and now Peril (2021). The three paint an almost chronological portrait of a reimagined Trump presidency, highlighting a man whose terrifying, whimsical caprice imperiled the world and nearly capsized the United States. If Woodward is to be believed, Trump’s own people, fearing the Donald would start a nuclear war, betrayed him to safeguard the U.S. and the world.

 

But Woodward, a journalist transmogrified into a disinformation specialist, should not be believed.

  • This dovetails into my theory Woodward has always been an Intelligence Operative from the get go. "All the Presidents Men" wants you to believe two rookie reporters brought down the US Government driving around in a Volvo 122s. Ya right. And that some deep state deep throat just decided he liked Woodward and WAPO and fed him all the inside dope. Ya right. Tell me more Fairy Tales.

 

Following graduation from WCHS in 1961, Woodward enrolled in Yale College with a Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) scholarship and studied history and English literature. While at Yale, Woodward joined the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity and was a member of the secret society Book and Snake.[6][7] He received his B.A. degree in 1965.[8]

 

After Yale, Woodward began a five-year tour of duty in the United States Navy.[8] During his service in the Navy, Woodward served aboard the USS Wright, and was one of two officers assigned to move or handle nuclear launch codes the Wright carried in its capacity as a National Emergency Command Post Afloat (NECPA).[9] At one time, he was close to Admiral Robert O. Welander, being communications officer on the USS Fox under Welander's command.[10]
