So, rumor by Politico or such is that Blinken is kicked out out as SoS, Bidan replaces him with Panetta.
Bidan told to leave or he gets 25th'd.
Harris, Pelosi and, I think, Bernie decline which then goes to SoS.
Dems figure Panetta will be acceptable across the board due to experience.
My take, further, is his first action will be to fire Milley.
Anyway, looks like panetta could be in deep shit while he's still in the gate for participating in the calls, more so as a civilian with no current administration job.

Don't know from which dem faction this is coming from, though. Speculating that Pelosi will turn down a POTUS spot is hard to imagine.
