the case is stayed pending their amicus brief. Their briefs will only be confusing and walk a tight line suggesting a criminal probe. The Lawyer for the SoS said she would give a timeline for a final report of SoS investigation. These are crimes and some crimes have already been proven. The Judge stayed the case and it will remain stayed.
The Judge is NOT the problem! The SoS is and has failed to investigate alledged crimes in a "meaningful" way.
SoS said no crimes and everything was fine days after election but time has proven crimes happened.
No further investigation has taken place in a "meaningful" way.
This case has to be criminally nvestigated before a civil case can proceed.
Crimes have already been proven so saying nothing was wrong no longer works.
If these amicus briefs come back non committal or saying no GBI investigation is ongoing, the defendants cannot invoke 5th. The Judge doesn't continue to stay a case that could result in someone being FIRED if he proceeds! He must stay the case if the threat is criminal charges though
