Your rights are unalienable - (which means your rights cannot be signed away by a deffacto-judge or defacto-lawyer using a piece of paper(legalese witchcraft) that is designed to take them away).
Laws in your local area are reactive based. these mandates, and regulations are for corporations that belong to the LLC fraud and are dumped upon you and your all caps "NAME"
They also depend on you to be an idiot, to help them "the fraudulent state" to capitalize on yourself. (don't respond - you don't answer questions - go fuck yourself)
(most-all state officials and employees (lawyers and judges included) are crooks, sociopaths, thieves, or too lazy to work a real job)
Free yourself, you don't need to ask permission, or have an ID, or license - (the right to travel is protected under your first amendment).
