Any self-medicating anons here who have cut down on anti-anxiety drinking but not totally?

Have made it past a week many times but always relapse. Mainly I think out of boredom. But could just be a self destructive impulse.
I've tried prayer and everything else. Maybe I just get a Darwin Award.

Thanks fren. I live in an East Asian country that is brimming with booze cheap as water. Herb is very sketchy here. I will look into it.
