Being coerced to take the EUA shot is illegal AF for several reasons, the first being that the EUA status is fraudulent because there are therapeutics available. Second, it's a crime in international law to coerce someone to take an experimental drug.
They "say" the FDA approved drug that will be available in a few years is the same, but legally it isn't because you cannot sue the manufacturer of an EUA drug for fraud, whereas you CAN sue the manufacturer of an FDA approved drug for fraud.
