Trump won 2020. We knew it moment number one, but it had to play out, of course.

Full country audit or not, AZ has already proven the lie and alone elects Trump.

However there is an itch I just can’t seem to scratch…what is the legal recourse for this? The last thing I was told was that there exists no law or constitutional protection/guidance in the event an illegitimate president is “elected.”

If Trump becomes POTUS again (as he always was), what are the actual steps? Does the current (illegitimate) POTUS have the power to say “yup it’s illegitimate. Here’s your new potus, Trump.”

Or do we actually have to wait until 2024 for Trump to be re-elected (again)?

I heard about this case. In essence, I have also heard that the precedent it set does not apply to the Presidency.

That being said, I have always wondered what the military implications are.

If the POTUS is illegitimate, and the military serves the constitution (we, the people), does the military have the burden to remove the entire false cabinet?
