Watched it, thanks. Just curious but Zelenko mentions that you need the right type of Vit C and Zinc; is Elemental Zinc (Gluconate) good enough or Zinc Sulfate is the only form that is effective? I read on here a while back to get the Elemental kind.

Pic related is from Dr. Zelenko's z-stack product website and lists the ingredients. I've been on the protocol for 2 months now, not sure if I have noticed any difference but I also haven't been sick even though everyone around me caught some sort of flu in that time period. Anytime I have a sore throat which usually is followed by the flu for me goes away same day. I'd buy from his site directly but not sure how it will ship to my country and also I have avoided online buying/shipping and all that for quite some time now.
