There was the vid made by nurse who showed up for work, uncontaminated and she was told to leave because she wouldn't comply with mandate.
News today said NY healthcare workers told not to show up for work unless the get contaminated.

While back, there was a post in which expert said employers could avoid paying unemployment if they put employees on leave who don't comply with mandate.
But, I was talking to a personnel expert today who has a lot of experience working with unions.
They said that leave is ONLY when employee requests it.
It has to be requested. Employers cant just decide to give leave.
