Vacks status proximity based social score.
Reading this it sounds like they are receiving a 'ping' from a device when it's close to other similar devices. They are developing a score based on the number of pings, and would have the ability to display instructions on a specific device. IMO, it's a way for everyone to install an app on their phone that tracks location and vacks status. Think radar for vacks.
