Being born again of Holy Spirit is what is key, not being in a building once a week called a "church". The word church stems from ecclesia (like minded people gathered together). You can worship God and teach his Word in your home. As the husband/father it is your responsibility as a believer to teach your family the word. That is how it is ACTUALLY set up per the word of God. Not paying and 'organization' money to tell you what to believe. Let God himself tell you. If you are born again of Holy Spirit, then you should know that you now have 'power from on high'. This power can manifest in many different types of signs, miracles and wonders. I know people get turned off from 'church' or 'man-made religion' - that's what it is meant to do.

Instead, let the love of God fill your heart and mind, do this by filling your mind with the word of God. Then let that work in you and you will know how to lead your family. It's not about forcing anyone to believe either, but she will see and she will believe beyond a shadow of a doubt. Some people do need to see 'proof' - i.e. signs, miracles and wonders - that's because they've been so turned off by the fake religions. I don't blame her! Show her proof! Take a promise of God and show her how God works in your family's life to bless you both! Let God guide you, not your frustrations. I know exactly what you're talking about. I have a son in the same exact position, except she's his girlfriend, not yet wife.
