I got a bad used car salesman vibe from LW the first time I really saw him speak. It was the rally where he was introducing the legal team and he spoke just before SP. It was very preachy but not in a good way. It was more in a Jim Baker con artist type way. It seemed very phony and, to me, was quite cringy. I don’t know if LW can be trusted or not, but I’m leaning not.

I like how they try to give him credit for ending the Cold War when we all know it was Reagan who did that despite the Democrats constantly undermining his efforts to do so at the time.

Reagan showed us that we shouldn’t fear an enemy based on the media’s misleading portrayal of their invincibility. The media tried to convince us that the USSR was superior to the USA and that we should compromise with them or face devastating consequences. Reagan didn’t back down from them and the USSR fell because of it. It’s the same with China right now. The media and the Democrats (as well as quite a few Republicans) are working with China to undermine the USA right now, the same as they did with the USSR in the 80s. This time, though, the executive branch is part of the problem instead of the solution.

Well the commies still exist and the subversion strategies continue, but the supposed “imminent” threat of the Cold War was put to rest during the Reagan administration. No matter what though, we’ll always be at war so long as we seek to preserve freedom and the American way of life.
