A wealth planning entrepreneur is reportedly among four people who died when a small plane crashed and burst into flames just after takeoff at an Atlanta-area airport.

The single-engine Cessna P210N crashed about 1:10pm Friday at DeKalb-Peachtree Airport, shortly after takeoff, the Federal Aviation Administration said.

The plane 'was taking off, went straight up, and it took a hard right and hit the ground,' a witness told WSB-TV.

The plane then flipped and burst into flames.

All four people on board were killed, according to officials.

On Saturday, the JD Rosen Family Foundation told CBS46 that founder and board member Jonathan D. Rosen was one of those killed.

The identities of the other victims have not been released.

The Foundation describes Rosen as 'a self-made entrepreneur. A forward-thinking visionary. An empowering wealth-builder.'

He was the CEO of Entaire Global Companies, a financial services holding company, and active in the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce.

The crash on Friday afternoon is being investigated by the National Transportation Safety Board.
