Logistics anon here. Florida has always been a problem for trucks. Florida is a state of consumption and trucks delivering to Florida have to leave empty. What this could do is give truckers backhauls out of the state. Then the trucks delivering into the state do not need to charge as much because they would have guarantee loads out of the state. It could be a huge win for Florida and keep the prices down in Florida.
