the lawsuits are to get the school boards to quit doing things that are not part of education
any money lost in the suit would come from the taxpayers or the school boards insurance policies
so if the school board loses and must raise property taxes to pay, they just anger the taxpayers more
if the insurnce pays their rates go up and angers the people more
the school boards have been doing a lot of damage over the years with little notice or blowback
the last couple years have brought them more scrutiny
they are worried enough to get parents put on a domestic terror list
this is backfiring also
