Refresh on Agreement between AZ Senate President and Maricopa County Board of Supervisors

The agreement looks like a non-solid approach to get what is needed.
Looks like a potential rotten apple type of an agreement.
Could it possibly be humbly stated that:
“We are the news”? or at least an relatively consistent good source for timely, reasonably well sorted out information .
