Jonathan Rosen finance CEO plane crash update

CHAMBLEE, Ga. — We now know more details on what may have caused a small plane to crash on takeoff Friday afternoon killing all four people on board.

NTSB investigators held a briefing Sunday afternoon and they were able to confirm that the small, Cessna 210 aircraft crashed on takeoff, the plane had been recently modified via an engine swap and extra fuel onboard contributed to the intense fire after the crash.

Channel 2 Action News reporter Steve Gehlbach said investigators removed the charred wreckage of the plane onto a truck Sunday morning. Gehlbach spoke to Daniel Boggs of the NTSB who described what happened.

“(The plane) was on takeoff, 75 feet up in the air and nosed over,” Boggs said.

Boggs said NTSB investigators have already talked to witnesses and are looking at video from nearby businesses that captured the crash. He said the plane did not have a black box to record the flight data or a voice recorder and that investigators will be looking at everything from maintenance records to communications with the control tower.

“We’ll be looking at the weight of the aircraft, looking at the engine, looking at the servicing, qualifications of the pilot,” Boggs said. “We will look at all the parameters.”

Channel 2 Action News was able to confirm the identity of the plane’s pilot and owner. Jonathan Rosen, 47, was reportedly flying his 14-year-old niece, another child and a family friend from Atlanta to Houston Friday afternoon. None of them survived the crash.

Rosen was the CEO of Entaire Global Companies and also the chairman of the Jonathan Rosen Foundation which taught financial literacy to children. He was described by family and people that knew him as a “larger than life personality” and someone who impacted and inspired many young lives.

According to his family, Rosen was an accomplished pilot who helped build the modified jet powered propeller on the plane. Investigators said the plane’s original engine was a turbine.

NTSB investigators said the modification added another fuel tank to the plane. They believe it contributed to the intensity of the fire.

“It (the modification) was recently done,” Boggs said. “This is a newer aircraft, newer to this pilot.”

Investigators told Gehlbach the initial ground investigation will take another two to three days to complete and the preliminary report will be filed in about two weeks. The NTSB said the full investigative report could take over a year to complete.

When I'd heard about it, the first thing that came to mind was "where did he get it?" Lindell has been pretty vague about his sources…but I think I may know who they are.

Run a search for "US50-EIC" on duckduckgo (mentioned in Q#780), and a couple of strange results will pop up. One is a story about Jeff Session's Cyber Task Force (which Q referenced in picrel), the other appears to be a related flyer from the FBI.

I'm guessing that Mike Lindell's symposium had a dual purpose: the first was that it was meant to draw talent for those cyber task forces as stated, and the second was that it was a honeypot.

If you had access to that data, you would probably be able to figure out how and where it was collected. If you're an evil pedo election hacker, you could use that knowledge to avoid getting caught. There's no way the FBI would want it to fall into the wrong hands. That having been said, cyber experts are in high demand and there's an immense amount of data to analyze.

As a billionaire with friends, Mike Lindell could conceivably come up with that data on his own. By having Lindell run that Cyber Symposium, the FBI is able to keep its name out of it. By hiding their involvement, the FBI accomplishes a few things:

1) they don't scare off the pedo election hackers

2) they don't scare off patriots that don't trust the feds

3) they keep their investigation on the down-low

Now consider this occurrence:

"Public health policy must be based upon accurate and independently verifiable data to optimize outcomes and strengthen the public's trust in the people leading them through this crisis," the Republican lawmakers, whose state has imposed some of the harshest and longest COVID restrictions, wrote in a letter with several attached exhibits.

One is a synopsis of allegations, findings, relevant law and implicated agencies intended to "assist grand jury members in orienting themselves to the scope of alleged crimes committed."

Their letter is dated Aug. 16, but the materials were not released for a month to "protect those involved," Stand for Health Freedom (SHF), the holistic medicine and legal nonprofit behind the petition effort, said in last month's announcement.

Minnesotans are guaranteed the right to refuse vaccination, although a court can require unvaccinated individuals to quarantine during "a national security emergency or peacetime emergency."

Minnesotans are guaranteed a “fundamental right” to “refuse medical treatment” including “vaccination,” according to an existing state law.

Statute 12.39 declares that even in spite of “laws, rules, or orders made or promulgated in response to a national security emergency or peacetime emergency, individuals have a fundamental right to refuse medical treatment, testing, physical or mental examination, vaccination, participation in experimental procedures and protocols, collection of specimens, and preventive treatment programs.”

The law additionally mandates that health care providers must notify their patients of their right to refuse any treatment before “performing examinations, testing, treatment, or vaccination.”

However, the state does retain the right to quarantine individuals who refuse certain medical treatments in one specific scenario. If a Minnesotan refuses a treatment he or she has been ordered to receive by the commissioner of health to combat a disease “for which [a] national security emergency or peacetime emergency was declared,” that individual can be “placed in isolation or quarantine.”

Although Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz did declare coronavirus a peacetime emergency that ended in July, the wording of the statute seems to suggest that only an emergency declared at the federal level would enable the state to quarantine those who refuse mandated medical treatments.

Forced quarantines in Minnesota are tightly regulated and must abide by statutes 144.419 and 144.4195, which guarantee the quarantined person(s) a court hearing and a number of other rights. The latter of these laws even puts limits on the permissible length of quarantines, stating that “in no case may the isolation or quarantine continue longer than 30 days from the date of the court order,” unless a court specifically re-approves the isolation.

It does not appear that Statute 12.39 prohibits private entities from requiring their patrons to be vaccinated, nor does it specify if the state may employ coercive measures aimed at increasing vaccination rates. The law only states that Minnesotans have a right to refuse any medical treatment, provided some consequences may exist during a national security or peacetime emergency.

A third of the disaster agency workers report they had experienced sexual harassment and misconduct, but most didn't report it because they believed it would go unaddressed, IG says.

The U.S. government's disaster recovery agency received more than 300 allegations of workplace sexual misconduct and harassment from 2012 to 2018 and failed to properly investigate more than half of them, according to an internal watchdog report that exposes the limits the #MeToo movement has met inside the federal bureaucracy.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency's problems extend beyond proper handling of complaints, as a survey of its workforce exposed a potentially pervasive hostile work environment, according to a report issued this month by the Homeland Security Department's inspector general.

"One-third (255 of 765) of the employees who responded to our questionnaire indicated they had experienced sexual harassment or sexual misconduct, but they did not report it because they did not believe the allegations would be investigated," the inspector general reported.

"Unaddressed sexual harassment and sexual misconduct in the workplace can have negative effects on employees, including decreased performance, low morale, and increased turnover," the report added.

The investigation documented that between 2012 and 2018 FEMA received 305 allegations of sexual harassment or misconduct in the workplace, including "sexual assault, unwelcome sexual advances, and inappropriate sexual comments," the report noted.

"The agency mustered a poor response to the flood of allegations," investigators said.

"We were unable to determine whether FEMA properly handled 153 of these allegations, because it could not provide complete investigative and disciplinary files," the report said. "For allegations that had complete files available, at times we were unable to determine whether FEMA conducted an investigation. The New York Times issued a correction on Friday after a reporter said 900,000 children have been hospitalized in the US with Covid-19 when the true figure is a tiny fraction of that: 63,000.

The mistake was made by the Times' health and science reporter Apoorva Mandavilli, who took to Twitter back in May to claim the theory that coronavirus was leaked from a Wuhan lab has 'racist roots'.

'The article misstated the number of Covid hospitalizations in US children. It is more than 63,000 from August 2020 to October 2021, not 900,000 since the beginning of the pandemic,' the correction read.

But this wasn't the only error in the article, titled A New Vaccine Strategy For children: Just One Dose, For Now. The piece also 'described incorrectly the actions taken by regulators in Sweden and Denmark'.

'In addition, the article misstated the timing of an FDA meeting on authorization of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for children. It is later this month, not next week,' the liberal paper added.

Twitter users weren't too happy by the shoddy reporting, which missed the actual figure of children hospitalized for Covid in the US by 837,000.

A fellow writer responded to the correction and said: 'I see this NYT reporter is meeting her usual standards today.'

'Mandavilli somehow inflated the number of US children hospitalized with the virus to 14 times the actual level,' another user tweeted.

Others suggested Mandavilli - the 2019 winner of the Victor Cohn Prize for Excellence in Medical Science Reporting - completely makes up figures, saying she 'provides her own unique version of "focusing on science."'

'You have been called to report to the Hall of Shame. Fauci's waiting for you,' a Twitter user joked while another more hostile reply asked why Mandavilli is still employed.

'She blatantly lied and not just a little but by a huge margin. Covid fear spreading sensationalist. She should be out!! Where’s cancel Culture when you really need it?' the tweet read.

Mandavilli describes herself on the app as a Times reporter who mainly covers the Covid-19 pandemic.

She sparked widespread outrage earlier this year when she tweeted: 'Someday we will stop talking about the lab leak theory and maybe even admit its racist roots. But alas, that day is not yet here.'

She deleted the tweet about an hour later and admitted that it was 'badly phrased' - and that her own colleagues are investigating the theory.

In fact, a major contribution of 20th-century science has been to expand upon and further elucidate this principle that has been known since the ancient world. Every expert presumably knew this long before the current debates. The effort to pretend otherwise is a scientific scandal of the highest order, especially because the continued neglect of the topic is affecting the rights and freedoms of billions of people.

People who have contracted the virus and recovered deserve recognition. For that matter, people who prefer an exposure risk to the virus in order to gain robust immunity deserve the freedom to make that choice. The realization that natural immunity – which pertains now to perhaps half of the US population and billions around the world – is effective in providing protection should have a dramatic effect on vaccine mandates.

Individuals whose livelihoods and liberties are being deprecated and deleted need access to the scientific literature as it pertains to this virus. They should send a link to this page far and wide. The scientists have not been silent; they just haven’t received the public attention they deserve. Labor Minister Luke Donnellan quits ministry

A Labor Minister has quit after a bombshell start to a corruption probe that has heard allegations of branch stacking in the Labor Party.

Luke Donnellan has resigned from the Victorian cabinet following allegations during anti-corruption hearings.

Mr Donnellan has stood down from his portfolio of aged care and disability but will remain on the backbench.

In a news release, officials said the Center for Forecasting and Outbreak Analytics will bring together next-generation public health data, expert disease modelers, public health emergency responders, and high-quality communications, to meet the needs of decision makers.

Health officials said it would accelerate access to and use of data for public health decision-makers who need information to mitigate the effects of disease threats, such as social and economic disruption.

The center will prioritize equity and accessibility, while serving as a hub for innovation and research on disease modeling.

“This is an amazing opportunity for CDC and public health as we stand up the country’s first government-wide public health forecasting center,” said CDC Director Dr. Rochelle P. Walensky.

“We are excited to have the expertise and ability to model and forecast public health concerns and share information in real-time to activate governmental, private sector, and public actions in anticipation of threats both domestically and abroad.”

The center, with initial funding from the American Rescue Plan, will focus on three key functions:

• Predict Undertake modeling and forecasting; enhance the ability to determine the foundational data sources needed; support research and innovation in outbreak analytics and science for real-time action; and establish appropriate forecasting horizons.

• Connect: Expand broad capability for data sharing and integration; maximize interoperability with data standards and utilize open-source software and application programming interface capabilities, with existing and new data streams from the public health ecosystem and beyond.

•Inform: Translate and communicate forecasts; connect with key decision-makers across sectors including government, businesses, and non-profits, along with individuals with strong intergovernmental affairs and communication capacity for action.

The new leadership team charged with the development and implementation of a plan to establish the center, includes:
