To be honest… I've always had the thought that many trans men/women were the result of unresolved childhood sexual trauma.
Rather than therapy to resolve the trauma… they're forcefed the idea that their body discomfort is because they're trans, not because they have unresolved self image issues from childhood.
If the problem is obfuscated, then the solution is never accepted. What better way to cover up years of pedophilia than insisting one's body dysphoria is caused by transgenderism and -not- child sexual trauma…
