National Political Propagandist Anthony Fauci Expresses His Sadness as COVID Cases Drop Rapidly

Positive COVID-19 cases have plummeted nationally. Symptomatic cases as well severe illness, hospitalizations and death have also collapsed. Given the scientific discussion surrounding variant strength and transmissibility, my own belief is that the number of non-vaccinated Americans has stabilized; and the hardcore unvaxxed group, with strong natural antibody immunity – or strong immune systems writ large, is now defeating virus pop-ups in significant enough population scale/strength to drop the infection rate.

 

However, as the infection rate declines, and the number of severe illness cases drops dramatically, Dr. Anthony Fauci is reduced to the position of a hammer looking for a nation of diminishing nails. Fauci appears very sad today on CNN, as the little shred of his expertise that remains is increasingly useless.

 

In a display of sympathy, Dana Bash attempts to lift Fauci’s spirits with the promotion of fear. Toward the end of the interview segment [05:15], trying to keep up appearances of doom, Ms. Bash asks,“When will vaccinated people be able to take off their masks indoors?”That opens the door for Fauci to promote his enhanced variant distribution & delivery process, aka ‘The Vaccine’. The Mob Attacking Trump's Lawyer Is More Dangerous Than Anything John Eastman Is Accused of Doing

This week’s victim in the campaign to cancel attorneys who committed the sin of representing former president Trump is John Eastman. Eastman wrote two opinion memos for President Trump about the Electoral College process.

 

Because they do not like Eastman’s client, or his legal reasoning, a swarm of signatories has asked the State Bar of California to investigate whether his representation violated California’s legal ethics rules.

The transgression? Eastman wrote his pair of private memos to the president of the United States providing his legal opinion about the functioning of the 12th Amendment and federal statutes, some of which Eastman characterized as unconstitutional, and how the vice president, consistent with the text, could potentially either delay the counting of electoral votes or refuse to accept contested slates.

 

Back in the old days of representing GITMO detainees, we called that the sacred right to legal counsel. In olden days, lawyers representing terrorists were allowed to fill their terrorist-clients’ heads full of reasons they weren’t guilty of trying to kill Americans.

 

Times have changed.

Indeed, the chief author of the bar complaint against John Eastman is Stephen Bundy, a Berkeley law professor. In an October 1999 American Lawyer article about lawyers not wanting to defend tobacco companies, Bundy commented on the importance of making sure everyone has legal representation: “If you’re the last lawyer in town, you have to put your feelings aside.”

Bundy now borrows from the reasoning of another time and another place: Your guilt or innocence depends on your politics. In Bundy’s view in 2021, if you’re the last lawyer in town, you better not represent Donald Trump.

 

What is happening to the legal profession is the same thing that is happening everywhere else. An oppressive orthodoxy has taken hold. Fall in line, or suffer consequences to your livelihood. Represent the wrong clients, say the wrong things, think the wrong thoughts, and you will be targeted by a leftist pack of wolves wearing suits or holding endowed faculty chairs.

Take Rick Hasen, the “Chancellor’s Professor of Law and Political Science at the University of California, Irvine and Co-Director of the Fair Elections and Free Speech Center.” Having Hasen chair a fair elections and free speech center is like having Hugo Chavez chair a center to promote the free enterprise system in South America.

The fey Hasen is obsessed with Eastman, filling his election law blog with fever dreams about Eastman and advocating “shunning.” Shunning is a practice that can characterize cults, and in this case, it is the cult that now makes up the majority of legal academia.

Once upon a time, it was an honor to represent the president of the United States, no matter who the president was. Yet four big law firms refused to represent President Trump in the bogus Russia investigations in 2017 and he struggled to find lawyers before the January 2021 impeachment trial too. Law firms dropped their representation of Trump in his election challenges, and even refused to allow lawyers to work on the president’s matters pro bono.

 

Such courage. The zeal the legal profession formerly exhibited for GITMO detainees faded once it meant representing a president who received over 74,000,000 votes.

Professor Bundy, if you are in the business of filing ethics complaints against lawyers for misconduct, Google Michael A. Sussman. Warning: Sussman shares your politics, so you might not be as interested in him as you are John Eastman.

Its one thing to disagree with the legal conclusions Eastman made in his private memos; it is quite another to believe he should be subject to bar discipline.

Trump isn’t alone in being targeted by the establishment legal profession and academia. Others have suffered from their proto-totalitarian tactics.

A bar ethics complaint was also filed against Texas Attorney General Paxton this past summer over his Supreme Court petition regarding the 2020 election.

Linda Kerns, a highly accomplished Pennsylvania lawyer, has also fallen victim to bar complaints that are a part of these proto-totalitarian purges. Kerns represented both Trump as well as the Public Interest Legal Foundation, an election integrity law firm with which I and Eastman are associated.

Kerns was involved in multiple successful cases on PILF’s behalf to clean voter rolls in Pennsylvania and remove active dead registrants.

Kerns, Paxton, and Eastman won’t enjoy any defense from those who once hailed the high virtue of the right to counsel…

Gone are the days of lionizing John Adams for his defense of eight British soldiers on trial for the murder of five colonists. Adams was only useful when there were terrorists held by the Bush administration to defend.

Don’t forget, central to the left’s long march through the institutions were novel legal arguments squarely at odds with existing law. The victories they secured with these contra-jurisprudential arguments are grand trophies for the left. But they all started with some lawyer putting arguments to paper that hadn’t yet been accepted, or even worse, had been flat-out rejected by courts.

What Eastman did was less significant. He wrote short private memos to a private client describing how he saw the functioning of the 12th Amendment and other election-related statutes and how they may conflict with the constitutional procedures of the 12th Amendment.

The lawyers who ushered in a revolution through the court system in cases like Roe v. Wade and Lawrence v. Texas did something far more radical than Eastman did. They argued positions squarely at odds with existing jurisprudence. Eastman made arguments in a private memo to a client that made an effort to stay within the text of the Constitution as he saw it.

Imagine the bloodthirsty profession we will inhabit if the right starts filing supercharged ethics complaints every time a lawyer for a leftist activist group makes arguments contrary to existing law. What a circus – in the Roman sense – we will have on our hands once both sides adopt Bundy’s and Hasen’s selective attitudes toward the right of representation.

 

Indeed, Section 6 of the Preamble of the Model Rules of Professional Conduct recognizes the import and necessity of having representation available to everyone.

In today’s world, our judicial system needs more lawyers like John Adams and fewer cowards. John Eastman represented a client unpopular to some and made arguments that were anchored to his interpretation of the Constitution. No matter your feelings on the 2020 election, the swarm directed against him is more dangerous to our Republic than anything he is accused of doing.

60 Minutes' reporter gets the deepfake treatment as he explores the potentially dangerous technology

 

On Sunday’s edition of 60 Minutes, journalist Bill Whitaker went deep into the world of deepfakes and synthetic media, where artificial intelligence is used to make images and videos that are fake but look hyper-realistic.

 

Whitaker had a deepfake video made that aged him back 30 years, and even had the ability to take away his mustache. He also had a synthetic avatar made of himself that was able to speak words he never actually spoke, only typed into a computer, exactly as he would say them.

 

While deepfakes can be used for fun, like the popular Tom Cruise deepfakes on TikTok, Whitaker spoke to one of the first people to write a book on the topic, Nina Schick, who called the technology a “game changer” when it comes to disinformation. Especially due to how fast it is evolving.

 

“By five to seven years, we are basically looking at a trajectory where any single creator, so, a YouTuber, a TikToker, will be able to create the same level of visual effects that is only accessible to the most well-resourced Hollywood studio today,” Schick said.

 

Whitaker pointed out that most deepfakes are protected free speech, and that legislation has been all over the map in different parts of the country. The problem is, not only is the government trying to keep up with the rapidly improving technology, the general public as a whole is still very much in the dark about what this technology is, and what it’s capable of.

 

Some viewers took to Twitter with reactions ranging from “mind blown” to being “reawakened” to issuing an even more stern warning about how potentially dangerous this could be.

Covid Numbers Drop by 40% Across Florida with NO MANDATES in Place

 

That’s right, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is right yet again, and Florida is in good shape, despite never having any tyrannical mandates like Joe Biden and Dr. Anthony Fauci wanted.

 

The number of Covid-19 cases reported in Florida continued to plummet last week and so, too, did the number of people getting vaccinated, according to Friday’s weekly update from the Florida Department of Health.

 

Another 54,109 people in the state tested positive for the coronavirus during the week, according the report. That is 40.4% drop from the 75,998 new cases the prior week.

 

Another 2,340 deaths were reported, pushing the death toll to 53,580 state health officials said. During the previous week, the pandemic high 2,468 fatalities were tallied.

 

Keep in mind though as you read those numbers, that over 8,200 people die every single day in America. Over 3.2 million people die every single year on average in America, the majority not from Covid. The majority from Cancers, Heart Disease, and other things. So what the government isn’t telling you is that almost 60,000 people per week die in America, every single week. It’s called life, and you’re being played by fear.

 

Meanwhile, the number of people seeking vaccines dropped with just 109,265 state residents rolling up their sleeves. That is down 33% from the previous week and a 216% drop from a seven-day stretch in mid-August when infection rates were soaring.

 

An additional 2,929 county residents tested positive for the disease in the past week compared to the 4,588 who were diagnosed with COVID-19 a week earlier.

Until now, the war has been theoretic, but that time is past. The war is present and ongoing. Like any war, there are a lot of soldiers sitting around waiting for orders. There are no orders forthcoming, because there are no generals, real generals, who recognize that the oath they took was for this exact time in history and for no other reason on earth. While there might not be any true American generals in the military, there might be some direction, if one takes the time to try and discern it from the noise. Like tuning in a radio, there’s a lot of static before one reaches the signal they need. Telling the difference is key.

 

The war is being fought on several fronts, one for every sort of soldier. This is where America in the 21st Century is better off than in the 18th, everyone with a computer, a phone and an internet connection can be a warrior. The first action is to put your senator and representative on speed dial and call every day telling them that they sold out the American people by not forcing an evaluation of the 2020 election and by voting for, or not keeping the other representatives in the House and Senate from voting for the continuing resolution, the infrastructure bill, the budget and the debt ceiling.

 

Send them an email every day expressing these two points, plus, for senators, make sure they vote to remove Mitch McConnell from his leadership post. The senators can do that right now, immediately. Any denial that it’s possible is a lie. The idea is that even if you can’t get something done right now, hound them out of office. Representatives and senators, secure in their lifetime pensions and the likelihood of acting as a lobbyist, will retire or refuse to run for office if the heat is persistent. That’s a fact. It doesn’t matter if 2022 is another stolen election, or if we never get to another election, make these traitors vacate their offices. That’s the goal. When they preside over the violation of the right to vote and the devastation of the economy, they must go.

 

While everyone should do this, it’s not for everyone. These are the sorts of actions that can be taken while others are ongoing. It’s something rather than nothing and that’s what we ought to be about right now, resistance, plain and simple. It’s numbers more than results. It’s pressure more than justice.

Invade school boards, GOP committeeman positions (turn them America First rather than sloppy socialism), attend city council meetings and county commission meetings to voice opposition to anything remotely communist, or their demand-oriented policies, making them come to the people and ASK what they want done, not tell them what they will do. The deeper one goes, the more information they can give later. This must change as well. Again, this is for those who can and will do it, but it needs to be done, even if it seems pointless. Again, it’s more about how many will show up rather than what they have to say or accomplish. It’s the exertion of interest more than success. It’s an invasion of the communist space and the purpose is to violate as many “politically correct” manners as you can.

 

Become as self-sufficient as you can, because dark days are coming, especially for people who stand up and speak out. They have no problem silencing you and using force on you, it needs to go both ways.

 

So, there are two fronts on which to act right now, remotely through phones and computers and directly through attendance at city councils, county commissions, school boards and taking a leadership role in GOP organizations. Obviously, there is a third method of resistance and that’s kinetic resistance. This is what most of those in this audience understand and believe in more than any of the others: direct, physical action. There is a time and place for that, but relying on it solely as their contribution is a mistake. Though Sun Tzu is often spoken of and referred to, it seems that many have not read the book. Henry Kravis And George Roberts, Founders Of Private Equity Titan KKR, Step Down As Co-CEOs

 

As the founders of private equity giant Apollo see their longstanding friendships disintegrate into acrimony exacerbated by Leon Black's involvement in the Epstein scandal, two of the men who founded rival private equity giant KKR have just announced that they will be quietly stepping down as co-CEOs.

 

KKR's Henry Kravis and George Roberts - who are, incidentally, cousins and both billionaires - made the announcement on Monday, adding that the firm's long-serving co-presidents, Scott Nuttall and Joe Bae, will succeed them as twin CEOs. The second 'K' in KKR, Jerome Kohlberg, left the firm in 1987 and died in 2015. Kravis and Roberts will remain co-executive chairman of the firm's board and maintain relationships with investors, and will continue with a level of involvement with the company, which has been credited with helping to pioneer the LBO.

 

The firm also announced a series of structural and governance changes as it moves to transition to a "one share, one vote" (in stark contrast to most tech giants like Facebook) instead of the dual-class setup that allows the founders extra voting power.

 

After achieving success with a series of major deals, the firm attained notoriety on a literary scale with its $25 billion conquest of RJR Nabisco, where KKR won out over at least two rival firms, including one that had allied with the firm's management. The title of the book is a reference to Kravis and Roberts, "the Barbarians at the Gate" using piles of junk bond debt in deals that, according to their critic, weren't ultimately good for the company or employees.

 

Despite those early criticisms of private equity as a gang of corporate raiders, the industry has earned for itself a hallowed position within the landscape of Wall Street, generating massive profits for investors and employees alike.

 

According to the FT, Kravis and Roberts have remained "intimately involved in the firm despite its size. KKR has almost 2,000 employees and manages $429 billion in assets and is spread across private equity, real estate, insurance and credit investing." Even as the two men lived on different coasts, Roberts at his base in San Francisco and Kravis in New York. Since we are already at war, understanding the timing and purpose of kinetic action is vital, because civil war is a loser. Civil war leads to failure. Second, an attack on Taiwan is a direct attack on the American economy. Taiwan makes up to 90% of advanced computer chips for the American market. The day the CCP attacks Taiwan, the American economy will suffer a massive blow, because the loss of access to the advanced computer chips will drastically damage American manufacturing and maintenance of equipment. A vehicle will stop running once the computer chip fails and there are none available for repair. A $70,000 work truck would become a huge pile of useless metal in an instant. Computer components can’t be made to upgrade or replace old or malfunctioning computers. At that point, with Taiwan’s capitulation, a moderate EMP could render useless whole military bases with no possibility of getting the equipment running again. The only possible means of retaliation would be nuclear. Biden wouldn’t do that either and opt for an amicable surrender.

 

As long as Biden is in the White House, the surrender has already taken place through bribery. Only military leadership stepping in and acting in accordance with the Constitution and choosing to defend the nation will save it from a quick, but painful defeat. With Mark Milley at the head, that wouldn’t happen, either. He would much rather kill Americans than Chinese.

 

This is the leadership we have. It is not hyperbole, it’s a rational conclusion based on the actions, or inactions of that leadership. Congress has allowed it by looking the other way when faced with treason at all levels. The media has allowed it by failing to illuminate it to the American people. The fact that there is an understanding of the level of treason in leadership are the poll numbers concerning Biden’s approval, which is at 38% over all demographics. Nixon probably had a higher approval rating when he got on the helicopter.

The American people have abandoned the illegitimate Biden Administration. In any other time, but massive complicity of treason, the congress would be seeking his removal, even the Democrats. While the United States is a republic, even a democracy couldn’t be effectively run through that means. This leads to dealmaking and treason at all levels, even with enemies of the United States and the people who reside there.

 

If kinetic action is thrust upon the people and they are forced to defend themselves from invasion by foreign nations, or to contest the treasonous surrender their leaders have conspired to commit, that is the fate they will suffer. It’s already begun, one can only wait and see what happens and prepare for the worst. Watch Taiwan, that will explain it all.

The Department of Justice now says they have instructed the FBI and U.S. Attorneys to coordinate with state and local authorities about a growing threat of angry parents at school board meetings within 30 days.

Here for the first time are the letters from Freud, long kept from public view, which stirred this controversy. On the basis of these letters and other new information Masson discovered at the Archives and elsewhere in Europe, he has written a devastating and highly controversial expose of the origins of psychoanalysis. In 1895, Sigmund Freud formulated what was perhaps his most profound theory: that emotional disturbances in adults stem from actual early traumatic experiences, the knowledge of which has been repressed. But Freud eventually renounced this theory in favor of a new view, that his women patients had "fantasized" their early memories of rape and seduction - a view on which the whole budding science of psychoanalysis would be based.

 

Masson makes available previously unpublished letters from Freud's closest friend, Wilhelm Fliess, which reveal that Freud had grave doubts about abandoning the "seduction theory." Masson discovered that not only had Freud read the contemporary literature documenting the high incidence of sexual abuse of children, he had in all likelihood witnessed autopsies of children who had been raped and murdered. That Freud abandoned his seduction theory, Masson argues, was a failure of courage rather than a clinical or theoretical insight.

 

As a result, most psychiatrists and psychoanalysts have in effect been reluctant to trust the memories of their patients, women in particular, about the traumas they experienced in childhood. Like Freud, they see such traumas as fantasy rather than reality. This cover-up of the truth, Masson asserts, has poisoned the entire profession."

In 2006, Colonel Guo concluded:

 

Since war is an act of violence aiming at annihilating enemies or depriving them of resistant abilities, the modern biological techniques used for attack purposes have a more direct and precise target at humans than other methods, which will play a more important role in future military operations.”

 

Sometime after 2011, Colonel Guo was trained in English and sent abroad, likely for espionage purposes, although it is unclear to what country he went.

 

Colonel Guo and his PLA colleagues continued to promote biotechnological weapons and “bio-based war” in Chinese language military journals in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, and 2018.

 

Specifically, Colonel Guo’s student, Kun Huo, in his 2013 Chinese language Master’s thesis, described the military doctrine underlying the use of “non-lethal” biowarfare agents like COVID-19:

 

This paper is the first to systematically put forward the thought of “non-lethal” biological warfare in which future war will focus on ultrastructural biological field and demonstrate scientifically the necessity and feasibility of the construction of “non-lethal” biological warfare.”

 

It is perhaps no coincidence that Colonel Guo’s home institution, the Third Military Medical University in Chongqing played an outsized role in the PLA’s coronavirus research during and immediately after the 2002-2004 SARS pandemic.

 

Chinese whistleblower Dr. Li-Meng Yan claims that the COVID-19 virus originated in laboratories overseen by China’s PLA, using bat coronaviruses ZC45 and/or ZXC21 collected from Zhoushan, China, and used as the viral “backbone” for genetic engineering.

 

Those bat coronaviruses were originally isolated and characterized between July 2015 and February 2017 under the supervision of the Third Military Medical University and the Research Institute for Medicine of the then PLA Nanjing Military Command.

 

There should now be no doubt that China has had an active and extensive biological warfare program of which COVID-19 was one of its “biotechnological weapons”.

Every year, the response to Columbus Day grows more contentious. Attitudes toward the holiday range from apathy to hate, and some now even argue that the holiday represents the evils of Western imperialism. Some states have canceled the celebration of Columbus altogether, and, according to one report, 130 cities no longer observe the holiday.

But while Columbus Day and monuments to the Italian explorer have fallen on hard times, celebrations of the day are still strong in some cities, particularly in those with citizens who have a strong connection to their Italian heritage.

One such city is Syracuse, New York, in large part thanks to the work of the local Columbus Monument Corporation. This year, they expect thousands of attendants at their Columbus Day festivities, which included a Saturday mass and the Monday wreath-laying at the historic Syracuse Columbus monument.

Officially dedicated in 1934, Syracuse’s Columbus monument was sculpted in Florence and constructed with stone from Italy, according to Anthony Ilacqua, a member of the corporation who spoke with The Daily Wire.

Ilacqua said that many people don’t understand the meaning of the monument or the connection many residents have to it. In reality, he said the monument was a large part of how Italian Americans who immigrated to the U.S. at the turn of the 20th century, like his grandfather, made cities like Syracuse home.

“It was an outgrowth of pride in their national heritage and their Italian identity and their love for this country. That’s really what it was about,” he explained.

Recently, Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh (I-NY) announced that the statue would be removed. In response, the Monument Corporation has launched an effort to save the statue, which is located in the heart of downtown Syracuse, and was built and paid for by many residents’ ancestors.
