Any chance you can go out an FMLA and buy yourself some time? FMLA will get you up to 90 days of leave if I am not mistaken and that will be enough time for this to work itself out from a litigation standpoint.
Granted, you will be bringing in less compensation but it will at least keep your job available.
I suspect that we are going to see a lot of litigation very shortly, like within the next few weeks, and that will give us an indication as to the Constitutionality and legality of these mandates.
