Back to anon theory (lb)

If states assert their own Sovereignty and join together, would a union or constitutional republic just be the same as what led us here? A union of states governed by a fed gov.

If every state declared itself a republic, wouldn't it be some type of union between nations, not states?

So what would be the remedy to keep a union of sovereign republics from eventually going the way it has gone? It would have to be complete autonomy. How can that be governed without eventually going back to where we are now? Not asking (you), just throwing out questions it brings to anon's mind.

I guess each state would need to enact it's own laws making it easier to withdraw if certain conditions are met. Easier said than done.

Anon can glimpse the vision but the way there is a bit foggy.
