It is such a difficult issue. I so want LEOs to be good and respectable, yet for innumerable reasons there are many being very counter-productive.

Some reasons may be natural, understandable even forgivable and re-train-able.

But many oddities, anon often refers to this as a pattern, there are LEOs behaving in ways near identical across large geological distance… thus a shared behavior. A trained behavior?
