I have been afraid to suggest that the mirror refers the arrest posts in Oct 2017 reflect/are scheduled for Oct. 2018. That does seem a bit like making excuses for stretching this out and making the data fit the theory. Still it is a long term plan so arrests, then midterm elections, then a large patriotic parade would make 2018 very special.
