In those moments you have to ask questions.
And always try to find water. If everything else is "frozen" and the water still moves it is THAT moment.
Only water is able to move on when the "time stops".
I guess fire works the same as water then.
I only experienced water being able to resist the time manipulation. I will watch out for fire next time.
Usually what happens to me in that moments is that I remember always being lost in navigation. Like - you know where you are but it's hard to find home.

Mostly I simply aks "who's there" or "What is all this here"
only sometimes I get an answer like "come here" or "don't be afraid" (they are invisible or blurry)
but then it's so obvious that it comes from sources I do not wish to talk to and I say that out loud "Go away" or "I don't want to"
If good ones are there (mostly invisible) they automatically help you
but be careful of the shills out there - they are everywhere
