i have heard similar stories circulating, but nothing with any proof. Basically they are saying it you quit because you refused to comply its a fucked up way of trying to cover up their criminality and try to skirt any liability. Saw today that cops in chicago who refuse are being denied their benefits as well.

the issue is they do not have a leg to stand on legally and they know it can cause trouble later on down the line for them. There is no mandate not yet, far as i am aware OSHA still does not have the paper work to put it into practice. Plus company policy can not mandate health qualifiers seems as if that would validate some sort of HIPPA thing or a disability qualifier also it would go in violation of the religious exemptions as well. They are skating very dangerous ice. The companies know that Best thing to do is figure out how to do a class action against the company with other employees who have been let go. Time to go for the throat and let these employers know that if they push this they will be in violation of multiple laws and by the time we are done with them they will need the suicide hotline number.
