Any anons here forced out of their job over the vaxx mandate?
I was told by my employer about my when my last day would be (about two weeks ago), but now am being denied unemployment benefits because they are maintaining that I quit.
At no point did I submit a resignation or tell anybody I was quitting. Anybody else in this boat?
Well yeah this is what I'm reading too.
But if they tell you when your last day is, then tell you to turn in your computer…and you have all this correspondence, how the hell can they maintain you're quitting?
If refusal to accept the vax means no unemployment benefits, and everyone knows this, then why lie about it?
Why not just say you were terminated for non-compliance with company policy.
It's a perfect valid position. Why the lie, instead?
That's what I can't figure out.
