First off, these hydras you have referenced are sea creatures (see salt walter) they would undergo lysis in sterile water and die. If the sterile water didn’t kill it, the -75degree celsius temp these products are stored at would. They are fragile creatures. If anything, i would believe it more likely that the Dr cross contaminated the sample somehow.

You want something more realistic to look at? Ask how these vaccines are being delivered into host cells. This is something that these companies are keeping secret as a “trade secret” and have never disclosed.
I think it is possible that they are using a modified HIV to deliver the mRNA into the host cells. You would never see this under anything less than an electron microscope and viral DNA is insanely easy to manipulate. They talk about using this as a method for other gene editing therapy for different diseases, so why would they not do it for this?
The real scary part is that HIV comes with its own reverse transcriptase which would allow for these mRNA to be turned into DNA instead of just building proteins.
If they are planning to pull a trigger on some mass extinction, this method would be the gun.
