I want to withdraw this. Looks like it was not two hops, it was two hops before my request thru VPN was blocked. So looks like Amazon hosts my VPN provider. Worrying in itself.
I disabled my VPN and went out open network (hence I've cut all the first hops from the capture.) However, traceroute completed in the open and resolved the destination as map3.hwcdn.net
